Love
I loved this serum so much! It was light weight and left my skin feeling firm fresh and hydrated without any irritation! As soon as it is applied my skin slightly tightens without being harsh but I can feel it firming right away. It is brilliant how fast the results are seem! It’s such a nice product to use and so light and gentle it’s like your not using anything at all! It has no over powering fragrance. It is very refreshing and my skin is so firm! It comes in a great little pump bottle that is easy to use and store. It goes amazingly well with the face wash and moisturiser. I liked to use it morning and night after cleaning. My skin looks younger than it ever has and is extremely smooth and radiant. This product is something I will be adding to my regular routine from now on!

Light weight and moisturising
This is a serum which can be used at any time of the day and with a variety of products. This offers a light weight and moisturising solution to keeping the skin hydrated without any heavy products. I often find serums can leave the skin feeling oily; however this product sunk into my skin and did exactly as expected. There is no scent, which is nice for a serum. I would highly recommend anyone who needs something simple, clean and fresh to adopt this product into their skin care regime. Two pumps goes a long way and I applied it before bed, before make up and whenever my skin felt it needed some moisture. The packaging is nice and compact and easy to use. I especially found this product to be great for every day use. I would recommend this for all skin types, both oily and combination.

Love it!
DermaVeen Skin Renewal Facial Serum is packaged in a white pump action plastic dispenser and contains 30ml of clear serum. It has a slight natural smell but is fragrance free. The consistency is very light which I actually prefer for a hot sticky summer so my skin can breathe. I can feel a slight slip to my skin but not a silicone slip it’s more like a light moisture veil. It contains Hyaluronic Acid to keep my skin plump and hydrated. I usually find it hard to find a summer serum but this is perfect for me.
The DermaVeen Colloidal Oatmeal range is amazing: it is made in Australia, is nice and light and my summer skin loves it! I don't think that I will have any problems with congestion, which is a big, plus this time of the year. This range is budget friendly and I will be buying it again.

Sloppy serum
I was interested in trying to Dermaveen skin removal facial serum because I am in search of a serum that is nursing yet light. Unfortunately I was left disappointed with the Dermaveen serum. Why? Because of how it felt on my skin putting it on but also how it fel after sinking in. Like it’s foaming cleanser neither the renewal facial serum felt very gooey and sloppy when applying it to my face. On the numerous times that I used the product after all my other beauty routine steps I was continually left with excess greasy serum that I needed to wipe off the excess with a towel just so I could focus on using it on my skin. I will say that it did absorb well following the application. Whilst it was a light feeling I could feel after the first few try’s that my skin felt smoother and more radiant

The DermaVeen® Skin Renewal Facial Serum comes in an easy to use pump pack that dispenses just the right amount. I find two pumps of this product is an ideal amount for my full face, neck and décolletage. It is a slightly runny and clear gel with a very very mildly earthy scent. I really like the packaging for this as it is hygienic and non-wasteful.
When applied the serum absorbs quickly into the skin leaving no yucky residue. The only downside to this is that it can start disappearing into my skin so fast that I'm not sure if I've applied it everywhere or evenly! The serum leaves no sticky or oily residue at all and leaves my skin feeling delightfully soft and supple. I felt with long term regular use it did subtly plump my skin and help to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Simple, No Nonsense Serum That Lives Up to Its Claims
The Dermaveen serum comes packaged in a cylinder plastic 30ml bottle with a pump lid dispenser (my favorite kind! )
Two pumps is enough to cover the entire face and neck adequately. The serum is a clear gel like textire with a very mild and natural scent which seems to be the Dermaveen aroma as it is similar to the body products,facial wash and moisturiser I have also used from this fantastic brand.
The serum absorbs instantly and leaves no sticky residue. Just smooth and plumper feeling skin,the perfect base for the Dermaveen Hydrating Moisturiser.
My skin is super sensitive and this serum was gentle enough for me to use twice a day with no skin irritation or break outs.
I found it great at diminishing fine lines and leaving skin more supple and soft.
A great no fuss serum at a fantastic price.

It works
the Dermaveen Skin Renewal Facial Serum comes in a small pump pack that makes it easy to apply just enough product without wasting any. The serum contains one of my favourite ingredients, sodium hyaluronate which is great for hydrating my skin and making it look more youthful. I applied this serum after cleansing and the first time I used it I got distracted and didn’t apply moisturer. Normally if I only apply a serum my skin will feel dry and tight. My skin felt progressively more hydrated as the day went on. It’s not a bad product but I honestly feel it’s only a hydrating serum. I don’t feel it lived up to it’s claims of reducing fine lines at all. It seemed to absorb well and I liked using it with my regular moisturiser but I wasn’t a fan of using it with the Dermaveen Hydrating Moisturiser at all.

Very nice
I was very confused to begin with what this product is and what it does, I did not do my research, I just used. I was not sure if or what it was doing or if I was using it right. After I kept using, I found that I was using right and it works. It is just a hydrator which my skin really needs and my skins loved it. It does not smell which is good. I clean my face with the cleanser which I really love and then applied the serum, It is sticky before it dries (which dries quickly) then my face felt different somehow, in a good way. I then apply the moisturiser which I really love as well. This serum is also affordable and I will be purchasing all these products in the future because after all the products I have trialed this has been the best. My teenager loves this product as well as it not heavy.

Not hydrating enough
Dermaveen Skin Renewal Facial Serum claims to nourish and restore dry skin. And provides intense hydration.
Unfortunately for me it failed to do this for my skin.
I suffer from dry skin so i was really looking forward to trying it.
Starting with the positives , the packaging is simple and elegant , I love the pump dispenser , it allows me to control how much product I want to use . A pea size amount is enough to spread over entire face. The clear serum feels really nice on skin when applied and is fragrance free.
Within a few minutes after I have applied the serum my skin is really tight and feels dry. I hated the way my skin felt after using it but continued anyway along with the cleanser and moisturiser. Really disappointed in this product. Now the trial has ended I won't be using the serum anymore.

Great moisturising serum for a good price...a little sticky.
Hi - I have trialled the Skin renewal facial serum by Dermaveen. This is a nice product and really soaks into the skin very well - it just seems to be a little 'sticky' after you use it. by that - I mean it really works well for what is sets out to do, but does feel a little tacky on your hands after you use it.
It did give me very well balanced moisture - and I particularly liked that you didn't need very much at all to get your whole face and neck covered - which means great value as you didn't need very much product.
I loved that this product is very good for you and completely free of nasty chemicals - no parabens, lanolin, fragrances or artificial dyes or alcohol. I would gladly let my kids use this product with no hesitation at all.
Overall - a good product but doesn't quite leave you 100% happy :)

A lovely serum!
I really enjoyed this serum. I used it after cleansing, before moisturising, and I feel it really made a difference to my skin. It gave me a more hydrated look, and was great under make-up too.
Something about it feels very ‘no nonsense’ and I really like that as well.
It went on smoothly, absorbed easily, and did what I would expect of a serum: hydrated, evened and basically made a great starting point for the rest of my skin and make up routine.
The product is also neatly packaged, in an easy to use pump that only requires one handed operation which is more than I can say for many other serums! It has virtually no scent, or at least a very neutral one.
I would recommend this product if you have dry or dehydrated skin and you are looking for a great baseline serum to give you skin a plump, moisturised look.

Serum for dry patches!
I was on the trial team for this Dermaveen range and I really enjoyed using this serum. As directed, I used this morning and night after cleansing my face with the daily nourish facial foaming cleanser. These products definitely complimented each other and felt really lovely on the skin. It absorbed well and my skin felt more renewed and bright. The package says it reduces wrinkles, however I did not notice this at all. I will continue to use though as the results may become more evident in the long term. I have really dry and flaky skin around my nose, and after a week of apt this in that area, the flakiness was gone which made my makeup applications so much smoother. I enjoyed the ease of use with a cute pump bottle. More natural ingrediants must be good for you skin as it was glowing after just a few weeks use!

Lightweight & Absorbs
The serum is really lightweight and applies smoothly & well. I really like how quickly my face absorbed the product too, with little wait time. This meant that I was able to apply the serum before my make up, which I can't do with many products, as it can alter the colour of my foundations, or it can make my face too oily that the make up won't stay. The bottle is small enough to be taken everywhere but I do think the packaging looks a little dated & could deter people my age demo, from considering to purchase in store. I haven't noticed any reduction in fine lines or wrinkles but my face does feel smooth over all. I would also like the serum to have a smell, something nourishing should smell like a spa/fruity or an enjoyable fragrance that feels like a treat for the face, I think this would make the product much better.

Moisturising, gentle serum
I have been using this serum in conjunction with the foaming cleanser and moisturiser from DermaVeen. I have used serums in the past, but have found them difficult to incorporate into my routine, as I don’t ever feel like they make much a difference?
Since using this one, I have noticed my skin has become more supple and moisturised – having dry skin, this is fantastic. The serum comes in a pump bottle, and it’s easy to pump out the required amount. The serum itself is a clear gel, with extremely faint, natural smelling scent.
Upon application, it does feel a little sticky on my skin, but that dissipates. It is supposed to combat wrinkles, but I haven’t noticed any reduction in the fine lines I have. I did like that is a budget-friendly serum that is quite moisturising, and I will continue to pick this up for when my skin needs some TLC and moisture boost!

It does feel nice though
I have always been a big fan of Dermaveen skin care products, and with having eczema all my life, I am always on the lookout for gentle, yet nourishing products to try. So, I was lucky enough to be included on the Dermaveen 3-step Trial Team.
Included in the Dermaveen trial was the Skin Renewal Facial Serum. I have been using this since Christmas week (hoping it would rescue me from all visible signs of what had been a very LONG year at work) and I must admit I quite enjoyed adding an extra step into my morning skincare routine, it made me feel like I was successfully adulting! The serum is quite light and not at all oily feeling. I felt that one pump was enough, as it spreads very nicely and absorbs pretty evenly, leaving a really nice and smooth skin feel. However, I definitely felt like I needed to moisturise, as it did not feel all that hydrating for me.

Light and hydrating serum
I was in need of a serum and was super lucky to be apart of this trial which involved using 3 products from the dermaveen range. This serum is formulated for dry skin = tick
Reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles = double tick
Renews dull and dehydated skin = tick
Is hypoallergenic and paraben free
There's nothing that I did not like about this serum. The product comes in a pump sized bottle with a clear lid. I normally pump twice to lather all over my face and neck after cleansing. There is no scent whatsoever and it just absorbs nicely into my dry and dehydrated skin.
I do want to point out that my skin was sunburnt over the xmas break and I did experience a bit of tingling sensation when I applied the serum. I persevered with the stinging as I really do enjoy this serum. I wake up with plump skin and I really feel that my skin looks nicer overall

Derma-freaking amazing Facial Serum

oh-m-gee this was my favourite product out of the trio.
it was a beautiful clear gel, which was fragrance free and felt cool when applied to the skin. using morning and night, pump out a little of the product onto your fingertips and gently massage into the skin using circular motions, at first it felt quite wet on the skin, but quickly absorbed into the skin to deeply nourish and hydrate, I felt it had a drastic look and feel to the skin. it left the skin so much smoother, fine lines and wrinkles were reduced massively too.
For the best results for your skin, use the hydrating facial moisturiser after applying the foaming cleanser and facial serum

My skin looks younger, happier and healthier
This is my new favourite serum! It seems these days that every skin expert tells you that you should use a serum to nourish your skin, But so often, my skin reacts badly to serums. I'm a normal/combination type, but the vast majority of serums that I have tried seem to sit on my skin and leave an oily residue. This can lead to break outs, and often makes my face look like an oil slick when I try to apply makeup on top of the serum.
The Dermaveen Skin Renewal Facial Serum is so different. The product itself is clear and unscented. A pea sized amount covers the face easily. But best of all, it sinks completely into the skin and leaves no oily residue. My skin lapped up every drop! And my makeup sat perfectly on top.
After a short time using the serum, I noticed my face looked plump with fine lines minimised. This serum has helped my skin look younger, happier and healthier!

A little too sticky for my liking
I was hoping to find a new serum for my skincare routine but unfortunately, Dermaveen’s Skin Renewal Facial Serum is not the answer I was looking for. I found that the product felt sticky on my face, no matter how much I used or how long I waited for it to sink in. I noticed that the product felt heavy on my skin, which is the opposite of how I wanted my skin to feel. It never seemed to sink into my skin as other serums I’ve used have.
I did enjoy the smell of the facial serum and liked the way it was able to be easily spread on my face. I didn’t notice any discoloring on my face either, which some products will do. I also do feel that the facial serum helped the appearance of my skin, so it is a little two sided - I liked the results I got from the serum but found it hard to wear, and therefore it would be difficult for me to incorporate this into my daily routine in the future.

Disappointed
I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to trial the DermaVeen Skin Renewal Facial Serum.
I was excited to try this serum, as I have used a similar style serum before from another company and this serum is quite a bit cheaper. However, I was quite disappointed with this serum. I needed to use quite a lot more than my normal serum, and it left my face feeling sticky and itchy.
More often than not, I would have to wipe my face with a wet cloth and cleanser so that my face would stop feeling so clogged, sticky and itchy. It is said to be suitable for infants, however due to the itchiness that occurred during my use of the DermaVeen Skin Renewal Facial Serum, I would not recommend it be used on infants.
I would not recommend this product, unless you liked your face feeling dirtier than when you started your facial care routine. It may be good for someone with extremely dry skin.

firming, hides those fine lines
Up until recently I.had never used facial serums but with the Dermaveen trial I finally got my chance. I'm left thinkng of all those wasted years that I didn't know about these magic formulas. After cleansing use a small pump or two of the skin renewal Dermaveen Facial Serum to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Absorbs easily to deeply nourishing and renew dull and dehydrated skin. Free of fragrances, parobens, lanolin and artificial.dyes and colours. A small amount goes a long way so wipe over your face and your neck area. It's dermatologically tested and suited for all skin types thankfully as I have trouble finding safe products for my face area especially. Safe enough to use both morning and night and works best in conjunction with both the Dermaveen Cleanser and moisturiser for the best results. My skin has improved and looks heaps younger in only a few days use

For sensitive/oily/dry skins
If you don’t use a lot of serums, this is definitely a lovely product. Especially if you are shopping for serums on a budget. This product boasts a range of hydrating ingredients that aren’t irritating and prove to be great value for money. It has a slightly tacky texture for a hydration serum, however that may be because I like to use a lot so I would recommend testing it for yourself.
I love dermaveen products for the body and this is the first time I have tried their facial products. Definitely a wonderful range to try if you’re dry/normal/oily and have sensitive skin. I would say this serum covers all skin types and is light enough even for acne prone skins. You can’t ever have enough hydration!
I love the packaging. This bottle is an airtight pump with a good lid so I think this preserves the product well.
All in all I am happy with this product for its price range and I would buy it again.

Amazing!
I bought this a week ago along with the cleanser and moisturiser and I could see a difference after 2 days! I bought it specifically for healing and scars due to dermatillomania and it works! After 5 days I already had 2 people comment on how good my skin is looking. I am truly blown away and have been telling everyone I know that needs skincare with healing properties to buy this.

Great Product for Sensistive Skin
I trialled the Dermveen Skin Renewal Facial Serum and would definitely recommend this product to anyone with sensitive or normal skin.
I found this product absorbed into the skin really well, however I found the texture to be a bit heavy for a serum and hence the 4/5 rating.
I always try to steer away from harsh chemicals, so given this product is hypoallergenic and free of lanolin, parabens, artificial dyes & fragrances, this was a big plus for me.
I loved the packing and pump applicator, and found the product left my skin feeling soft and supple after just a few days.
I also love how this product is very affordable and leaves your skin feeling great.
In summary I would definitely recommend this serum to anyone who wants a gentle, affordable, and effective product, which doesn’t break the bank and is free from harsh chemicals. This product would also be suited to anyone with sensitive or normal skin.

Does not leave a sticky sensation on the skin
I received the Dermaveen Skin Renewal Facial Serum as part of the trial team.
The product comes in a white plastic bottle with a pump. The pump is very easy to use but the non-transparent plastic bottle makes it hard to determine how much product is left. The product itself is a clear gel, free of fragrance and dye. Each pump produces a pea-size amount of gel which can be applied all over the face. The gel is easily absorbed and leaves the skin feels hydrated. I have used several type of facial serum containing hyaluronic acid before and a lot of them leaves a sticky sensation of the skin. I am very pleased to say that this Dermaveen skin renewal facial serum does not do that.
I honestly feel that this product hydrates my skin and is very soothing. I will recommend it for those with sensitive skin types. And for those who doesn't like the sticky sensation of hyaluronic acid products, this is a great serum to try,

Skin aborbs very quickly
I wasn't expecting too much from this Face serum, as I usually invest a bit of money in facial serums in the past, and know that this step can be the most important when drying to revive your skin from looking like death.
I love the pump application and only a small pump is needed to cover the entire face. No smell which is great, since some of the more expensive serums have a really strong lingering smell. Within in a minute it dissolves into your skin, and the skin feels really tight. I feel like it doesn't hydrate my skin, as I have really dry skin, but I think it does a great job in tightening the face. Althought I am in my late 20's and don't really stress too much about fine lines, I feel this serum would be great for women with more mature skin.
Overall, it is a quick absorbing face serum, but you would definetly need to use the DermaVeen moisteriser after as it feels a little too tight on the skin after application.

Simple, gentle, effective
One of the things you will first notice about this serum is that is absorbs very quickly. It comes out as a clear, thin gel and soaks in almost instantly. It replenishes your skin's moisture levels and creates a soft and smooth base for your moisturiser. I've used it quite a fair bit now and I can say my skin is definitely smoother and more hydrated (which is what the product claims to do with the hyaluronic acid). It is a very simple, fuss-free and effective serum in terms of light hydration, so it would be good for those with oily or normal skin types. Dry skin may need something a bit more rich. The consistency of the product kind of reminds me of Clinique's Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly - clear, thin and absorbs quickly. I like that it is fragrance-free and feels ultra gentle on the skin. I have not broken out or had any irritation from it's also great for those with very sensitive skin.
Overall it is a good serum.

Lightweight Clear Gel
Dermaveen Skin Renewal Facial serum comes in an air tight, opaque white 30 mL pump bottle. I love that the bottle is airtight so the serum doesn't oxidise and that the bottle is opaque so the UV rays don't degrade the product. The dispenser is great, as it keeps the product hygienic.
The serum is a clear, lightweight gel with no scent. I smooth it over my face and neck right after cleansing and it goes on without any greasy feeling or residue. I wait a few minutes before following the serum up with moisturiser.
My skin is dry and sensitive so the ingredients in this serum is right up my alley. The HA, B5 and betaglucan gives skin a hydrating boost. The brand is staying true to itself by giving a hydrating serum as its treatment product. The bottle is a bit iffy because it looks cute but feels plastic and I have a tiny crack on mine which I'm not sure where it came from. Still, I think its a good product at an affordable price point.

Budget friendly serum
As someone who is nearing 40 and definitely has signs of aging I make sure a serum is part of my skin care routine. I usually opt for a serum oil as I have very dry skin, so I was quite curious to try this DermaVeen serum gel.
I liked the pump dispenser as it was easy to control the amount you're pumping out. The consistency is a liquid gel that spreads surprisingly far with a little amount. I found scent was subtle and inoffensive, it doesn't really smell like anything.
The serum absorbed easily and quickly but I did find it felt a little sticky until it completely sunk in. It also felt quite firming as it absorbed.
While I'm not sure I'd re-purchasd this myself I (as I do prefer an oily serum) think it's a great option for someone on a budget that wants a nice simple hydrating serum that is good for sensitive skin.
After using this serum for a few weeks I have noticed my skin is definitely feeling and looking more hydrated and clear.

A great Serum at an excellent price point
DermaVeen Skin Renewal Facial Serum comes in a 30ml pump bottle, with a clear lid and gold lettering... I loved the feeling of indulgence the gold brings... its the little things that make me happy.
The Serum is thick and almost opaque in consistency. It has a slight smell which isn't fragrant but also not offensive.
The serum is full of natural Colloidal Oatmeal which is 100% finely ground up oat grains! It moistures my skin without feeling heavy. It soaked into my skin in no time at all and helped my skin to feel nourished and almost plump. I would almost go as far as to suggest that some of the finer lines around my eyes seemed less noticeable.. A HUGE bonus actually.
I used this as part of a 3 step process following it with the DermaVeen facial moisturiser. It is suggested that this be used twice a day after cleansing but I only used it once a day and found that sufficient.
A really excellent product that won't break the bank.
