Massage all over onto clean, dry skin straight out of the shower (especially flaky or rough bits) for instant hydration and glow. Apply to anywhere that needs a bit of extra love or before bed to aid with sleep.

Even with the splint my jaw muscle has been getting so sore with tension. A few days/nights of applying this beautifully smelling cream to my jaw area and I’m amazed it works so well to relax the muscle on site. I’m sleeping better but I’m also able to relax my jaw during the day. The essential oils are also lovely and it feels more like a moisturiser than a medical ‘Tiger balm’ kind of cream. I’ll be buying more of this and I’m so glad I could find something to try before more invasive procedures like Botox to relax my jaw!

I'd would smooth this into his arms to help calm him down. This stuff works! It smells divine - and every time I did put it on him he would say "I do like this" - and it IS calming.

It is the best magnesium product I have ever tried and I have told many others. Only problem is it is very hard to get in a lot of shops.
