Easy to takeI suffer Addison’s disease and need to keep my electrolytes up, I also can’t swallow large tablets. This product is my answer, I make it up daily in my water bottle. It has a great taste and I feel it helps my body hydrate with better absorption of fluids. I’ve also been able to say goodbye to leg cramps.

Premium Magnesium powder!My husband & I have been using this product for several years now. As a daily maintenance dose, it prevents muscle spasms, cramps & relieves ‘Restless Leg Syndrome’ markedly.
We buy the raspberry flavour as find this palatable.
The real bonus with the powdered form - is it easily absorbed by the body, so no waste of money!

Flavoured magnesium!!!I have been talking Mega Magnesium for quite a number of years and was delighted with the size of the contents and the price. I have yet to finish my prior tin, so I am looking forward to tasting the Raspberry flavour. Mind you, magnesium is magnesium!

My body doesn't make magnesium, so I need 1 x 450g every 11days. Medicare doesn't cover this so as a pensioner I have to pay the full price. This is why I look for when it is on special.

Excellent product.One of the best ways to take oral magnesium for cramps. I have used it for several years as I suffer from serious nocturnal cramps. Needs extra doses if you want the best effect.
