Doubt it works for me
Im 6 weeks into the tablets and have to admit there really hasnt been any improvement for me. I still wake a few times a night and have to throw the covers off, I still have excessive bone aches that wake me and I take pain releif for that almost every day, and now I have started having little mini hot flushes - top lip and beside the nose gets all beady sweaty. I know it says to give it a good month, which I have. However, this hasnt done anything for me. Booking to see a meno doctor as I will need to go to something pharma derived unfortunately. I'll stay on them until that point but cant see it making any major difference. Shame as they arent cheap.

Great relief from menopausal symptoms
I started these tablets upon recommendation by my GP for a natural hormone instead of HRT to manage hot flushes and other peri-menopausal symptoms like insomnia and irritability. Gave me relief very quickly and I have continued on them for a few years. When I have stopped them at various intervals it’s not been long before the unbearable symptoms return. Sometimes I take the lower dose ones not the forte but the forte are much more effective. Can highly recommend this product.

Life changing for menopause hot flushes relief
This medication is life changing. There is some immediate relief from hot flushes and then, after three weeks of taking, I have have had almost complete relief of hot flushes altogether. I also feel relief from other symptoms of perimenopause , including better mood and sleep. I have never reviewed anything much on line but can't recommend this enough.

My doctor put me onto these tablets from a lot of recommendations from her female patients. I was suffering from extreme hot flushes and night sweats and these tablets have virtually taken all those issues away. If I do get a hot flush it is very minimal, I can’t recommend this product enough. The service is great 😊 really quick delivery 🚚

Fantastic !!
I find this fantastic !!! No hot flushes at all , i sleep really well & my moods are on an even keel , it took a good month to stop the hot flushes altogether ! They are small easy to swallow & no side effects at all , I have been on them since January 2020 & don’t want to stop .

The product seems to do what it says
I am 55 and going thru menopause, could handle the sweats,but when the bad moods started to surface, I went to my GP and asked her what I could take that was natural and she gave these to try as a rep had dropped them in earlier that week. Hope they keep working long term
