I do have moderate sleep apnoea, have trouble sleeping, have night sweating, sweat constantly during the day and suffer from constant and continual fatigue. After I took all of the first box, I bought the second box, as I felt more energetic and better rested in the morning than I normal did. This was after taking the tablets each and every night. I used the first box and took some of the medicine each night before bed. Follow the instructions on the pack when you take this product.
