So easy
I have wanted to try these for awhile now and they are so easy, just slip one on your wrist and keeps all those nasties away. On a hot humid day or night, the last thing I feel like doing is spraying a smelly greasy liquid on my skin but alas, I am too attractive to mossies and midges. These anti-insect bands are excellent!!

Not sure if these work as I bought them for my grandchildren but was disappointed that they can't be left on at night which is when the 3 year old gets bitten
