- Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabiliser. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.
- Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fasteners to the opposite side of ankle stabiliser.
- Follow same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.
- If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician. Attach all closures before washing.
- Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
