- Slide injured foot into the elastic sleeve. See diagram for left ankle. (for right ankle, turn the support inside-out).
- Wrap the strap around the ankle.
- Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
- If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.
- Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
