Eg tuna, avocada, cheese etc. With watching carbs eaten I have lost 10 kg in six months. Eat other lo carb foods as well. Snack bars, chocolate all lo carb. Crisp breads are hard to get in supermarkets.

These delightful crispbreads are great with bacon, or eggs, or cheese & tomato, or vegemite or whatever you fancy

We use them for platters, great snacks for everyone, and the best of all we use them in place of breadcrumbs and biscuit base. My favourite is cheese and tomato sprinkle of salt and cracked pepper
