Kenalog is great
I already know how amazing this paste is. As someone whose ulcers only get bigger and more painful when I use those stinging alternatives, Kenalog soothes and calms and the ulcer seems to subside quite quickly. I am so glad it was easy to send to Japan; I haven't been able to find it anywhere else in the world except Australia.

Works really well, and doesn’t sting when applied
Use just the smallest amount, about 1/4 match head. Any more than that feels like sand in your mouth. Also works best if you dry area moments before applying.
