After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily.
Expel the liquid. Do not swallow
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age or less.
To Open: Squeeze the cap and turn.
To Close: Turn cap until it locks.

Great oral product for your hygiene arsenal
I have been using this ‘teeth defence’ mouth wash for a while now and can a I say how amazing. Every morning and night with the same routine, I can make sure that I keep my oral hygiene in check. As far as the burning, I am a firm believer in no gain without pain, this means the alcohol is doing its job. You can choose a different product if the alcohol is too much to handle but with this added extra step, I can count on Listerine Teeth Defence to help me and my mouth.

Very Strong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this product, you can actually feel it killing the germs. It is a much stronger product than my regular Colgate mouthwash. I feel that the freshness lasted for longer. The taste of the product makes you know that it is mouthwash and it feels more serious than other brands. I like the product packaging and the information provided on the label. Though I couldn't tell if it was alcohol-free on the label. Overall, I would buy this product again.

I found the listerine mouthwash very refreshing and when my son tried it.... he has now decided to keep it!!

Very strong but effective!

My only criticism is how strong it is, my mouth felt burning after just a few swishes! Having said that though, it is probably the reason it lasts so long. I could still taste mint after eating breakfast!
