Directions For Use

1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size. 2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.

1. Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat. 2. Replace after 6 months or with signs of wear.

For people with Peripheral Neurophy or any foot problem affecting the feet they add to comfort.

Used them to re-sole my favourite pair of soft soled uggs (I worn the soles through, but the tops were still holding up just fine). Extended the life of my favourite foot warmers for at least another season. Love sleeping with the soft soles on to keep my feet toastie warm!
