Poor quality
The strap doesn’t last. I wear them daily As do many people and the strap ALWAYS 100% guarenteed splits from the bottom where it goes into the shoe. lasts about 3 months. The sandal version before this one was way better (the one where it had the maseur logo on the side) it lasted two years just had to replace due to sole very warn out.

I bought a new pair of sandals a month ago as I have worn the gentle massage sandal for 20 plus years without any problems but noticed on my new pair that the sole is starting to crack away near the straps and will not last very long at all. I am very disappointed with this as I have loved these sandals for years and they help with my back problems and feet.

Not as good as the original
Bought a pair at my local chemist. Within 3 months the tip straps started to come apart from the base. Now the top of the sole (the part where I place my feet) has started to come off. Uncomfortable and unattractive. Such a shame. My pair before this lasted me 5 years. I literally walked a hole in to them.

Keep wearing
When you first put the. On they feel very uncomfortable but keep wearing then as they end up getting so comfortable that you forget you are wearing them and you don’t want to wear anything else.

Amazing slippers. Great arch support and my feet feel comfortable in them immediately. Easy to adjust to your foot size. Got 2 pairs of these and got a pair for mum and partner as well.
