Great Night Sleep
great product. I use this occaisionally for a full nights sleep, it works well for me!! Some over the Counter products l have tried don't work, this one defnitely does, nice sleep -no after affects the next day..

This really works with no side effects
I bought this product because I had trouble getting trying to get a good nights sleep, I found I was waking on/off thru the night and because of this feeling very tired the following day, have been using the Melatonin and now find I have a great sleep without constantly waking up, the best thing is no feeling of tiredness the next day, I find I use this for a few nights in a row until I get my sleep pattern back, works a treat for me 👍
