Ingredients/Material

Inulin, soluble corn fibre (Fibersol), water, xylitol; less than 2% of pectin, citric acid (PH adjuster), sodium citrate, natural orange flavour, coconut oil with carnauba wax, colour (annatto). The crystal coating on these gummies are made from beets! It is added to reduce clumping so you can easily enjoy these gummies. These gummies have 0g of added sugar.

I usually take benefibre as i never liked the taste of Metamucil in powder form, so when i got these gummies i was a little hesitant as what they would taste like. It's safe to say i love them. I thought they would taste like artificial sweetner does but they don't! They taste like a delicious sweet treat. So now not am i only using them for Fibre but also to satisfy me when i want something sweet. I love them and am so glad i came across these. You will not regret trying them :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sadbottom from I've been using these for about 6 months, despite the fact they're a lot more expensive than other brands. They were great. They really helped my digestive health. BUT, why, oh why, have you changed the sweetener? Your gummies were the only ones I could use because all the others use sorbitol. I have IBS. The original ones with the sugar-look coating were fine. These new ones with the smooth finish are a disaster. My bottom told me you'd changed the recipe before I read the label. Xylitol! Just as bad as sorbitol to all the IBS sufferers. These are now impossible for me. Please return to the old, safe recipe!

I started off with 1 for a couple of days, then 2 for a few days, then increased to 3 on each day thereafter. This is the recommended dose. They are a great support for digestive health. I enjoy the orange flavour, sweet and tangy. I've been on a diet and use them after dinner as a tasty treat. I'm happy in the knowledge that they are low in kilojoules and are sweetened with plant-based ingredients. I have previously used Metamucil powder in the various flavours, but much prefer these for convenience. I love the 72 unit sized, twist top bottle. I've loved testing these and will definitely purchace again.

I don't get enough fibre most days so these gummies looked very enticing. Naturally sweetened with a prebiotic plant-based fibre blend make these ideal for people on low carb/low sugar diets. They taste just like delicious orange flavoured lollies! Ideal for anyone needing extra fibre without any sugar or artificial sweeteners added. Also easy to chew if you have trouble swallowing tablets.

Gummies are a delicious alternative to powders and an ideal way to increase dietary fibre to improve digestive health! However, we have found the new crystal coating made from beets has increased clumping and makes it hard to separate the gummies and get them out of the container. Unfortunately the clumping has gotten so bad we can't finish the containers of gummies we have. Highly recommend the gummies without the crystal coating.

I inadvertently missed a day last week and it became very apparent the next day. That convinced me that they are providing that extra amount of fiber that my system needs. I do try to eat high-fiber foods i.e. breakfast cereal, bread, pasta, and general diet however my system seems to need that extra boost that these provide. In the past I've tried various fiber compounds mixed in liquid but found most of them quite unpleasant and not as beneficial. I try to take the gummies each day after lunch and find it easy to stick a couple in a small kitchen sandwich bag and take them with me if I'm going to be out for lunch. (I have recommended these to another member of my family)

It is easy to chew the three gummy dose each night before dinner, fitting nicely into my routine. The negative aspects are the taste and texture. The orange flavour is extremely strong and more salty than sweet. The texture is very soft and sticky causing the gummies to be unpleasant to chew and leading to them clumping together in the bottle.

At first I bloated which was a side affect of gaining more fibre, However after a few days bloating went down and I felt regular With going to the bathroom. My husband has ibs and he also was on the tablets and felt that it have some relief in his gut. Being a gummy it was more easy to absorb vs a tablet that needed to swallow.
