Adults and Children 12yrs +
- Take with at least 250ml of liquid (swallow one capsule at a time).
- To supplement daily fibre intake 2 - 6 capsules
- To help restore and maintain regularity 6 capsules
Active Ingredient: Psyllium Husk
- Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking.
- Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
- This product may cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
- Ask a doctor before use if you have A sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks; Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or rectal bleeding; Stop use and ask a doctor if constipation lasts more than 7 days or rectal bleeding occurs. These may be signs of a serious condition.
- Keep out of reach of children
- In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poisons Information Centre right away.

Easy for 'on the go'.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fibre supplement but it’s terribly important the instructions are followed. Don’t scrimp on the water! That said, the extra fibre in my diet resulted in a spring in my step and a smile on my dial.

No nasty taste and it works

Goodness of Metamucil without the Taste
I wish I'd found this sooner! What a great idea. I want to take care of my inner health, but the drink was not my favourite part of the day. The pills are easy to swallow and make staying healthy soooo much easier! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Easy to take fibre supplement

So convenient
This makes adding extra fibre into you daily routine easy. I do think that the required number of tables is a bit much. Would be better if it was just say two tablets a day but still so much better then powder that has to be mixed in a drink

Convenient and easy!

Used the powder last time Cholesterol was high but it was hard to drink, been using the capsule this time and they are easy to swallow and no after taste, finger crossed hope it helps lower my cholesterol again.

Easy to swallow little capsules but to have any genuine effect two are more likely to get things moving! Not a fan of the regular Metamucil orange gunk so these are a alternate option.

Great convenience-fibre on the run, but you need 6 tablets to be the equivalent fibre of a bowl of cornflakes... if you need or want lots of fibre this may not be your first choice
