Taste isn't amazing but good benefits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bowl movements have improved so its working in that regard, makes me feel better the days I have it however it is disgusting, thick & gluggy & difficult to swallow, I struggle and takes me longer then it should to consume. Tried to mix it in a cup of tea but it gets all thick and it turns to jelly type consistency. ‘Orange’ flavour description is misleading, very strong taste. It would be better if it was tasteless so it can be mixed with food. Cereal etc

easy relief
After years of medication causing constipation this product (when used regularly), eased the discomfort of hard stools. The taste when mixed with water is pleasant and I also sprinkled it over cereal of a morning. Would recommend this to everyone.

Fulfills it's purpose
Works well as a fibre supplement as it is intended for. Does not taste the best and can be a bit grainy if you don't add enough water. Could do with being more soluble if possibke so that it doesn't have to be made into a huge drink.

Not instant, but still showed results.

Took more than a week to notice the effects, but in the second week I started to feel improved gut stability and become more regular with bowel movements. Taste is ok, not exactly a special treat, but easy enough to get down. Overall, it appears to fulfil its advertised benefits to at least some degree, so I could recommend it to anyone who does suffer from irregular bowel movements and general poor gut health or discomfort.

A good start to a healthier gut
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found Metamucil to be quite easy to drink and you definitely notice regularity and easier movements after just a couple of days of using it. After a couple of weeks it becomes the normal for your body and continuing it as part of a healthy lifestyle should be quite easy. Just ensure that you use teaspoon portions instead of tablespoons when using it, to ensure you don’t get caught out and end up re-enacting the scene from Dumb & Dumber.

A pleasant experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Metamucil powder product has been a pleasant experience so far; my digestive health and regularity has always been very good and active, so taking the Metamucil daily I didn’t see any drastic changes. And being over the festive season, my diet in general wasn’t probably as good as it usually is, so maybe I didn’t get the full benefits.
But it was enjoyable to drink daily and feel like I was doing good for my insides.

Terrible do not use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is terrible as Metamucil is making claims to be nautral and for your health when the ingredients are not nautral or good for your health. Aspartame is a highly processed chemical which can affect the body's sugar levels and can act as a chemical stimulant. I ended up with terrible headaches from this product and I had to stop using it after a few days as the pain out weighted what the product was designed to do.

Good for you and your gut

This product sends my blood sugar through the roof, i.e. from 5.0 to 19.8mmol. The container says 'No added sugar' but the back of the container is impossible to read. There is no information regarding ingredients on this website. I am very unhappy with the product, mostly because this effect was unexpected, and there is no information to help me choose a better product. It is also expensive, and now I have a product that I can't use.

The unexpected daily boost.

Overworked my poor gut health

After the first two days I noticed my stomach bloated to the point that I looked pregnant and the pain of the pressure was unbelievable.

For a lighter and brighter new you!

Tasty and easy to use

Time has proven good results.

Great tasting product

It is easy to use although I would prefer the powder to be in smaller satchels of the right size or in tablet form. However, it tastes great which makes me want to use it.
