Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bring back the old formula Bought the baby lotion today and found it to be oilier than previous, then noticed it now has coconut oil. Ive personally used the baby formula for myself for years, perfect for my face, now I’m not so sure. Use to be able to to squirt, apply and go, now I have to wash my hands after using, If your determined to get on the coconut oil band wagon, give customers the choice and bring back the original formula . The new bottle seems to squirt further than previous the counter wore most of the first pump. I loved the old smell, the new one is too perfumed. After seeing other people’s comments I can see I’m not the only one not happy. Money down the drain...

We bought this new lotion and thought you'd only changed the packaging. We are very disappointed that you have scrapped the wonderful original product and are misleading families to waste money on your new lotion. Bring back the original pink lotion and packaging. We are another very disappointed family. We won't be buying your products again.

Or at least have the option to buy the old baby lotion, as it is the best baby lotion i have ever used and smelt. I grew up using that lotion. I went into about 6 stores yesterday trying to find it... & even have offered to buy it off my sister & couldn't find anything. I cried to mum on my phone because i just cannot believe its gone & out of all people she knows how much i love it.. It might sound crazy but it is the only moisturizer that works for my skin & smells amazing at the same time. I cannot use the new one, i dont want to be rude but it smells so horrible..Please can you guys bring back the old lotion, I can not live without it.!!!! PLEASE

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not be buying this anymore. I have used J&J Baby Lotion for 18 years. I will not be buying this again. The new product is just terrible. Overpowering scent is unpleasant, nothing like it used to be. Cream does not go on well, and the new bottle design is impossible to pump while changing a baby. My hands have been very sore with a rash since using this new cream this week. Baby has had a red bottom, never happened before. What a shame you changed it, you will lose a lot of customers over this.

How annoying to change something that wasn't broken in the first place but change it into something that is the same as everything else, very disappointed J&J. Is there old stock somewhere?..

Have used the baby lotion for years, it was soothing and calming scent was great for the whole family. My 3 kids are now in their mid to late teens, and are still using the baby lotion, unfortunately since the change , they’ve asked to look for other alternatives. Why tamper with a winning formula? Please bring back the original baby lotion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why change a good thing!!?? I use to love this lotion but the new pump is actually driving me crazy!! It's way too short and tricky to use when you have a wiggling baby!! I also really miss the original lotion it had a beautiful fragrance and I loved the pink colour. The new one is so plain, may as well just use good old sorboline!! It does the same thing for a fraction of the price!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the rebranding & the new scent I’ve used Johnson & Johnson’s baby lotion for 36 years, first as a child then as a parent. Why change something that was awesome as it was? People buy your product because it was always constant in quality & scent. The scent itself is what takes me back each time, it’s also a scent that most mother’s who use your product associate with how her baby smells. This new product doesn’t come close. Perhaps a better idea would be to make this an alternative option for parents that may prefer it, but not as a replacement to the original baby lotion. The new pump is adult-proof, but big enough to be child friendly. The old pump was great because we could latch with the fingers and press down with the thumb. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken. Whoever came up with this new idea probably cost you a lot of loyal & faithful customers. Remember that in a world where everything is new and improved (sometimes for no apparent reason), customers might actually prefer the family, the stoic, the true, the trustworthy brand - no gimmicks needed.
