Adults and children over 12: Take as recommended below 30 minutes before eating or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For general health or symptoms such as bloating, flatulence and indigestion or to prevent diarrhoea - Take 1 capsule daily.
For Diarrhoea treatment: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily.
To compliment antibiotic use - Take 1 capsule twice daily.
• Not to be taken by children under 12 years of age.
Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus acidophilus - 12.5 Billion cfu
