FantasticBought this for my daughter. We have tried everything else for her sinus infection, which we could not shift. Sinugator has completely cleared her sinuses. For the first time in a very long time she can smell and doesn't have halitosis. We are over the moon with this product!!

Does the job, quality can be betterBought it around a month ago.In General it does what it supposed to do but the quality of the item is not there.The actual unit casing is cheap plastic, tank leaks despite having a seal around it,one of the tank locks already cracked.Sometimes it stops pumping the liquid out and you need to shake it in order for it to work again.

this product could be betterThe NeiMed siugator had stopped working shortly after purchasing it . After looking at revues of this product on NeilMed it seams that there are other people who experience the same thing , it is a shame i wish i had a working one .

Good productThis is the second one I’ve bought, it’s an easy way to sinus rinse, which has improved my post-nasal drip. My first one only lasted a few months before various plastic parts broke off or cracked. We’ll see how this one goes

Excellent productThis product is excellent to use and very effective. I had used another of the neilmed rinse aids but much prefer this one. So easy. It was recommended by my doctor and it is actually providing me with much needed relief.

NeilMed SinugatorReally helps with my chronic sinus issues - this is my second one in a year though the last one stopped working and battery replacement wasn't the issue however I am trying a second one!

Effective and simple to useUsed for first time. Very easy.
Just enough power to ensure water flows through the nose.
Ensure water temp is right as room temperature water felt cold when used,
Will recommend
