I have very sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts, blackheads and pimples. It is also very oily. The serum is very light on the skin and absorbs quickly. It does not cause redness, skin irritation or dry patches - like many other anti-acne products! The smell is something to get used to but not bad. Within the test phase, my skin has definitely improved. Especially the great impact in combination with the gentle influence on the skin has convinced me! I will definitely buy the serum again.

Being a huge fan of most of neutrogena products, I was really excited when I got selected for this campaign, but this product sadly didn’t live up to the mark for me. I only used a bit of this serum on the acne on my face, but using it only for 2 days, my skin got burnt badly by it, and I got milia on all my face. It dried out my chin area and my skin is so red and hard. It looks dry as a desert and lifeless because of this product and their cleanser too, would never use it again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jessv3 from Good but not life changing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed was the smell, there is a Jasmine Tea scent to it that is not pleasant, it does eventually go away however I just believe adding scent to a product is unnecessary. After using for a couple of weeks I found my skin texture was nice and smooth however I usually have 1-2 active pimples at a time and after using this product there was no difference to these. It did sting a little, particularly around my nose area so the concentration may be a bit strong which I am fine with if I see results with pimples which I did not

I am well versed in skincare and understand interactions and limitations. I wanted to like this product so badly but.... it simply just didn't work out. This product is strong, I used it every few days. I thought I was purging. Pressed on, kept using it. BIG mistake. This product made my acne incredibly painful and brought it out in places I never get acne. I've absolutely damaged my skin barrier by using this product which is really unfortunate because salicylic acid products aren't easy to come by in Australia and I was so excited to try this. Better luck with the ordinary products. Please be careful with this product, it can absolutely damage your skin :(

I’ve been using it for around a few weeks now and here are my thoughts: A leave-on exfoliating treatment, containing a 10% AHA/PHA/Salicylic Acid complex. This helps prevent acne and targets uneven skin texture. But like cleanser, it too has a similar fragrance. I use it twice a week, it doesn’t irritate my skin. The glow next morning is flattering. Overall, this serum is worth-trying if you suffer from clogged pores & acne. The ingredients are impressive except the fragrance component. I would have enjoyed it more only if it was “unscented”.

I tried this acne serum and I must say the ingredients looks fantastic as it has got Salicylic acid. However, the fragrance is so strong and it Also stink my face. It gave me literally headache. Sadly, it is a no for me. I can’t deal with the fragrance, it smells so much of chemical. It’s hard to put on your face. If you don’t mind the fragrance you might like it. But for me it’s a no and also I didn’t find it that much effective on my face for acne.

The bottle is glass (so be careful) but the pump dispenses a good amount of serum each time. The smell isn't great...almost like a gardening product which made the whole "skincare routine" rushed, as I wanted to layer over it quickly so the smell would fade. I have sensitive acne prone skin, so my face tingled for a good 30 mins after applying the product. In 3 days, I noticed a dramatic smoothing/ texture was completely gone. Baby butt smooth! However it caused me to breakout a little on my cheeks. Perhaps it was just an early purging, and the breakouts may disappear after using the product for a while longer.
