A handy make-up remover tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other make-up removers I've used, I found this product to be much more effective in removing my eye make-up. It wasn't perfect but it removed the majority of my eye makeup gently, which is a big concern for me - there's nothing worse that irritating your eyelids with harsh scrubbing!

Oil free and gentle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it is not oily but does a fantastic job anyway of removing eye makeup. The cucumber extract in it provides a cooling sensation when applied. Did not get a chance to use it too often as I seldom have to wear eye make up, but I did try it on my entire face and did a good job too.

i NEVER write reviews but I just had to with this product - it is SO bad. Despite being an 'oil free' moisturiser, it is the oiliest one i have ever used somehow? it leaves that weird film in my eyes u get when u get oil in them. when trying to take off makeup, it leave an oily film that u cant remove, and means that no other makeup will go over top. I tried to fix my eyeliner, and couldnt add any more eyeliner to my eye bc i couldnt get rid of the oil slick so the makeup wouldnt stay. su h a waste of money unfortunately

Not oily but it's not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it's ok, but it didn't completely remove all of my waterproof mascara although it claims to do so. For makeup that isn't waterproof, it works fine and doesn't leave a greasy film which is nice. It didn't sting my eyes and is fragrant-free but there is a slight synthetic chemical smell that isn't bothersome and goes away quickly. Ther small 112 mL bottle could have a different opening so less remover comes out at once and the product is used more efficiently.

I did still find it a little greasy but when used in combination with Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser my skin felt really good, not dry! Very happy with how well it removed eyeliner/mascara

I love this product and is cost efficient.
I love this i use it to remove my makeup and clean my skin. It dries quick and even after cleansing i use this afterwards and it gets off stuff even when you think your clean! Id recommend this to anyone and its very cheap in comparison to other products out there and works just as well.

Stand out product
I have used this makeup remover for years and still keep it in my cabinet even after switching to a double oil + for cleanse.
If you aren't using a product to remove makeup and SPF at the end of the day and don't want to switch to a new cleansing method then this product is excellent. Its also excellent for fixing mistakes but dipping a cotton tip in.
It doesn't sting the eyes and removes every bit of makeup including waterproof mascara.

This is my go to remover for eye makeup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love love love this product. It is by far the best eye make up remover I've ever tried and I have been using it for over 13-15 years now. It feels oily but is not sticky or goey and does not contain oil which is amazing for my skin. Realisticly 3-4 wipe strokes removes almost if not all of my mascara, waterproof or not. Genuinely the best make up secret that everyone should know.

Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It says oil free but it takes me back to my uni days when I was poor and used baby oil to remove eye makeup! It felt a bit oily on my eyes. It was effective at removing my eye make up but because it suggest then using warm water after using the product it seems less efficient than my normal micellar water that I don't need to rise off with warm water.

Has never let me down
I have used this make up remover for the past 10 years and will continue to do so until the day I die. I wear waterproof mascara everyday and finding a makeup remover that actually removes my makeup with ease has been a struggle, but this product does just that. It completely dissolves the mascara and leaves you with a clean base. I definitely prefer it over the wipes because I find the wipes tug and pull and don't do a proper job. Another thing to mention, although it says it is oil-free, there is still an oily type substance on top which you have to shake before using, so this is not a lazy type product which you don't have to wash off because it leaves a bit of residue. Please also note, the small size doesn't come with a spout that assists with pouring the product out, it is just open, whereas the larger 200ml bottle does. So if you have an issue with that I definitely recommend the larger bottle.

Easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very familiar with the Neutrogena skincare range, I've used their fresh foaming cleanser for years so I was really excited to trial their eye makeup remover as a complimentary step with removing my makeup.
It's very easy to apply, I just soak a cotton pad with the remover and let it sit on top of my eye makeup for a couple of seconds and it easily swipes away any residual makeup the cleanser didn't pick up. I've also tested it with waterproof mascara as well and it's very effective at breaking down all the mascara without leaving any sticky residue nor leaving any cloudiness in my eye sight like some eye makeup removers tend to do.
I'm very impressed with how much it's able to remove without excessively tugging on my eyes and glad I got to be apart of this trial as it's something I would purchase in the future as a great addition to removing all my makeup!

Works well
Works very good in my combination skin. I dont like anything that strips my skin or makes it too oily so this is good for removing my make up it definitely removes my daily makeup but have a tougher time removing heavy and more pigmented make up. It didnt really remove my lash glue which is a little dissapointing but overall it performs well.

A bit harsh
I did not enjoy this product. It was too harsh for my skin and left my skin feeling dry and itchy. I didn't think it was particularly good at removing makeup either. I had to rub it a lot to get the makeup off which is not something I like to do especially in the sensitive eye area. Compared to other brands I have tried this performed poorly.

Fantastic makeup remover!

Simply shake the bottle and apply to a cotton pad and it gently removes your eye makeup, i then washed my eyes with warm water and my skin is left feeling soft and clean.

Takes off everything
So easy to use! Soak cotton pad with the product and it takes off everything. I like how it's gentle on the eyes.
tip: if you're wearing a lot of makeup, let the cotton pad (that's soaked with this makeup remover) sit on your eyes to melt the makeup a bit. Then gently wipe to see all the makeup melt away!

Great for removing eye makeup
This product is great for removing mascara. While I use miscellar water for general make up removal, I find this product is much better when I have mascara or other eye make up on. I have quite sensitive eyes and this does not irritate. Would recommend.
