Like new formula
Although different, I much prefer the new formula which is definitely a gentle cleanser. It leaves my skin soft with no residue and doesn't dry my skin out. The old formula was lacking beneficial ingredients and was way too drying.

Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser is really good for sensitive dry skin. It doesn't strip the oils from your face or leave your skin feeling dry like some heaver cleansers do. On a down side, it wont remove thick liquid makeup or suncream very well so i'd use a stronger makeup remover first or wipes if I had those on my skin, followed by the extra gentle cleanser. However, it is an extra gentle cleanser so I wouldn't expect it to remove those things. It will still remove light makeup or clean a sweaty face after a gym work out etc, while leaving my skin feeling clean but still hydrated.

Favourite cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favourite cleanser. It has no scent, no fancy ingredients that will irritate or create problems in the skin. It is very hydrating and my skin is smooth with everyday use. I have used this for over two weeks now, and loving it! I will be buying this one over and over again.
As a sensitive skin person, it can be very hard to find products that will cleanse the skin without drying it out and creating more problems. This one is the perfect balance of cleansing without leaving your skin worse for the experience.
It can be used morning and evening, anytime you need to wash your face. I highly recommend.

I love this product!

I have never used a creamy cleanser before so I had my reservations, but the Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Creamy Cleanser has pleasantly surprised me. It is thick enough to apply without it running all over your hands and face, and still foams up a little bit when rubbing it in. Great for getting out makeup residue, especially if you have larger pores that like to hold on to everything. I would recommend using this cleanser after your initial makeup removal, and then follow up with the Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Moisturiser to leave your skin feeling clean and soft.

Miraculous product for dry skin n milia.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser is one of those fantastic products that I have tried and loved immensely.
I used to have milia problem which got aggravated after face washes and soaps. But when I started trying this miraculous product my milia is slowly disappearing as this product has hydration capability in contrast to the other products I have been using previously.
Highly recommend this product if someone has dry skin or milia problem.
I have included this product in my beauty regime. Love it.

Not bad but not great either
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having trialled both the cream cleanser and the foaming cleanser I have to say I prefer the foaming cleanser, using one pump of this was not enough and I used two each time but I like to apply my cleansers onto a Silicone facial cleansing brush/pad and this one felt like a little does NOT go a long way. My pores clog a lot and this is my main reason for using the cleaning pad to really get in there.
The formulation is very thick and worked well when just applying with your fingers however this isn’t really suited to me and how I like to do thinks

Perfect for dry skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ultra Gentle Creamy Cleanser is an absolute winner for someone like me with really dry skin. I love the foaming cleanser in the same range. This is a really nice one to also have on the side to remove Makeup and sunscreen in the evenings in the shower. I really like that it’s scent free, and the texture is really nice and creamy. I’ve been using this is the first step to my double cleanse and then the foaming cleanser from the same range as my second step I find it does remove Makeup really well but it doesn’t strip my skin at the same time.

Skin has a new lease on life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I wasn’t expecting much as these days I feel like products over claim on what they do.
Initially I was unsure about the texture as I’m used to using a foam and thought I needed that “stripped” feeling on my skin to think it was clean. This definitely does not leave you with that feeling but after a weeks worth of using the product my skin is NOT dry, it’s smooth, soft and clear.
My skin can easily react to some products but this item is sage on sensitive skin.
I’ll definitely be repurchasing. Exceeded my expectations!
