Please don’t discontinue!!!!
I’ve been using this cleanser since I was in high school so for over 10 years now and I love it so much, I am so extremely disappointed that it is being discontinued. I have tried other Neutrogena cleansing products and makeup removers but I don’t like them at all and they don’t suit my skin. Neutrogena has lost a loyal customer by discontinuing this product.

I have used this for over a decade. I week ago I went to the store and nothing on the self. Went to three others and the same. Came to this site only to find out it is discontinued??? How? It’s a good product. Leave my face so clean. Tried others but not the same.

PLEASE DONT DISCONTINUE!!! I thought I was the only one who noticed it getting discontinued until I was trying to find some online coz the stores haven’t had any stock and found out it’s going š it’s the only cleanser I’ve used for years and its the only cleanser my skin likes šš„ŗ please bring it back

Disappointed this product is discontinued
Extremely disappointed this product has been discontinued. I have tried other similar products including the other Neutrogena one in the white bottle and now experiencing break outs and they aren’t as sensitive to the eye area. Please bring back this product :(

Clear skin, CLEAN SKIN
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, I really wanted to try this for longer than 1 week to really see its results. The highlight for me personally was that it was fragrance-free. My skin is easily irritated and tends to dry out if I overly use scented products, this wasn't the case here. A few swatches with a damp cloth and I could immediately see how useful the foam cleanser was and clean my skin looked. Especially after a whole day of wearing makeup and other sorts of essential oils and serums. It's really fast and effective and does leave my skin looking dewy.

This is the best product I have ever used for taking my flight attendant makeup off. We are not happy that it has been discontinued. I do not like the oil products, wipes& creams. YOU STILL HAVE PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT ON THIS PAGE!!

Perfect for waterproof mascara
I once had a mascara that felt like concrete on my eyelashes at the end of the day, nothing would take it off! I was afraid I couldn’t use that mascara again (it looks beautiful on) until I saw a post dedicated to this face wash! I was immediately in love with this wash, not only is it ACTUALLY EYE SAFE, but it tackles the toughest waterproof mascaras! I just soak my lashes for thirty seconds, give a gentle wipe and they’re clean!
Also leaves your skin feeling clean and isn’t a drying wash, so dehydrated skin will love this. Will forever repurchase!

Disappointed
My partner loves this product so much. After learning this is now discontinued I have literally just spent my night trying to console her .. I feel by you removing this product, you have destroyed any chance of a peaceful evening. If you promise to bring this product back, I will seek permission from my partner to assist in packing boxes every 4th Sunday at your warehouse. My partner is naturally beautiful and I have always encouraged her to just “keep doing whatever she’s doing”, your hasty decisions have forced me to now create a new beauty mantra.
If profit margins are a contributing factor to the decision that led to removal, I can assure you that we will spend our fair share over the next 70 years.

Gentle Skin Loving Goodness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have combination, reactive skin and use a foaming face wash nightly to cleanse and remove make up. The first thing I noticed about this face wash is that the lather feels quite silky, rather than that bubbly, detergent-like lather a lot of foaming washes have. I only needed one pump to create a large amount of lather too, so one bottle will last for ages. My skin did not react to this, nor did it feel overly stripped after washing. I wear a full face of make up each day and double cleanse with an oil cleanser, so I cannot speak to how well this would remove make up on its own, but my face felt well cleansed afterwards without feeling dry. I would definitely purchase this if the price was right!

Go to replacement Cleanser
My old foaming face wash was discontinued. I searched many products as particularly wanted the convenience of a pump, so no messy pouring onto hands. Well priced compared to other similar products. My skin is sensitive and particularly also wanted a foaming cleanser only. Thankfully this product was one of very few that met all my needs. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE!

Good cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleanser is definitely extra gentle and doesn't aggravate my skin. However, it I found that I needed to use an organic cotton cloth to remove the usual tinted sunscreen that I wear. I guess this is a symptom of being so gentle, but because I was then using a cloth my skin did get a bit more dry than I would have liked. Once my skin got used to that however I did get comments about how good my skin looked.

Fabulous Facewash!

The cleanser created a nice amount of foam without going overboard, there was no overpowering chemical smell and it felt silky on my skin.
After using the cleanser my face felt clean and tingly fresh and ready to start the day! I love this cleanser and will be adding it to my daily morning regime!

Wouldn’t recommend this cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Neutrogena foaming cleanser comes in a nice pale blue bottle with a pump. The product dispenses well and the size of the product is generous and affordable. The scent is quite mild so would probably not be an issue for people who are sensitive to heavily scented products. Unfortunately for me the product itself was not useful. Firstly foaming cleansers are known to significantly dry out the skin by aggressively stripping skin of natural oils. My partner and I both felt after using the facewash that we immediately needed to use a moisturiser to rehydrate our surface skin. Also this particular product did cause a reaction with my skin resulting in me breaking out in a huge number of tiny pustules over my forehead area. So unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone after my negative experience.

Simple and gentle cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find that 'gentle' cleansers, for me, are great simple cleansers or they feel like they do absolutely nothing for the skin. I was very happy that this one was in the former category. It's a clear gel consistency that foams slightly when used, feels nice on the skin, rinses very easily, helps remove sunscreen and traces of makeup, and leaves skin feeling clean and hydrated.

Gentle and effective
I just purchased this product for the first time but it was love at first use. This product is gentle on the skin yet removes makeup effectively. The pump design makes it easy to use it and portions out the right dosage nicely. The foaming formula and the pleasant scent are nice touches to skin and massaging this in for a bit before washing it off made my skin really refreshed. I can only recommend this product.

Old formula is better
I used to use this because I liked how gentle but yet effective it was for removing makeup and cleansing in general. I could really get close and sometimes in my eyes but still would not burn at all but the "improved formula" burns terribly in my eyes even though it says it would not. Other than that, it feels, works and smells the same as the old formula, as much as I remember. I'd like the old formula back.

Pleasantly surprised!
