Directions For Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily in combination with a meal or a glass of water. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Ingredients/Material

Malus domestica (apple extract), Panicum miliaceum (millet extract), Equisetum arvense (Horsetail), cysteine, methionine, calcium pantothenate (pantothenate), zinc oxide (zinc), cupric sulfate monohydrate (copper), biotin.

Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silicon dioxide, glycerol.

Also my nails had become stronger and stopped splitting which was a bonus. Decided to take a break but problems reoccurred and so went back into these tablets. Good news, everything is being restored once more.

The tablets get the nutrition through to my scalp from the inside and do a wonderful job of keeping my hair full of volume
