Be sure your mind has been made. Will power is the first and foremost of the recovery process for success. Then, the inhaler! Unbelievable!! Used when having coffee, after meals, smoke breaks with the boys. It is two fold... it takes away the insanity you go through from not having the ingredients from the cigarettes in your system and the hand to mouth action that we are so accustomed to. 10 days! 10 days is all took. I then went through about 5 or 6 sunflower seed bags and I was done!!! 8 years later and I have never felt better. Get the inhaler!!!! Good luck!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Smokefreechicka from A fiddle toy and a replacement in one It’s good to fiddle with when you feel like a smoke, the taste at first isn’t the best when you put the cartridge in but after a few inhales it tastes better. It helped me for when I was really needing a smoke but I made sure not to rely on it for easy quitting. It’s even cooler you don’t have to go outside to use it. It’s there whenever you need it. And the cartridges last a good amount of time. I find myself only needing it 4 times a day for 5 minutes (20 minutes a day) and I’m on day 4 of being smoke free so it’s quite the tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Goofy from Unbelievable how effective it is I was a heavy smoker , 40 + white ox per day sometimes using the codger pipe when I'd run out of papers Anyway I ended up in hospital after car accident and also tried to quit many times before this , this item is so good it stopped my cravings almost straight away although I had it in my hand using it constantly to begin with But after a couple of weeks I was able to reduce my need for it constantly and now I'm smoke free and my bank account nis reflecting that

At first i used the patches with gum as i smoked a lot handroll golden virginia no filters tried them all but they helped the most to begin with the inhalater i could not taste, so did not use at start but after a couple of months quitting the patches and gum felt a bit much,i tried the inhalater and now could see the results and taste it now 6 months in have used just the inhalater for last 3 months its awesome takes the edge off

Nothing else worked for me and I have been smoke free for over a decade thanks to these. Any time I felt a craving this would do the trick. A lot of loyal buyers looking to kick the habit will no doubt now go elsewhere.

I gave the inhaler a go in 2002, used it for a moth and haven't touched a cigarette since. The best thing about the inhaler is you are still doing the hand to mouth action and that's the thing I found hardest to deal with using other methods of quitting.
