Use one to two sprays when you would normally smoke a cigarette or have cravings to smoke.
Use one spray first and if your cravings do not disappear within a few minutes use the second spray. If 2 sprays are required, future doses may be delivered as 2 consecutive sprays. For most smokers this means about 1 or 2 sprays every 30 minutes to 1 hour. The maximum dose is 2 sprays at a time, 4 sprays per hour for 16hrs or 64 sprays per day.
After priming NICORETTE® QuickMist, point the nozzle towards the inside of your cheek or under the tongue, holding it as close as possible.
Press the top of the dispenser to release spray into the side of your cheek or under the tongue, avoiding the lips.
For best results, avoid swallowing for a few seconds after spraying.

As is the case with all forms of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), you may experience some side effects. These may include:
• TINGLING LIPS
Some users have reported a mild burning sensation on their lips if they come into contact with the spray. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. To avoid, simply take care not to get any spray on your lips.
• HICCUPS
Some users also report getting mild hiccups when using the spray. Don't worry, this is a common side effect for oral forms of NRT.

Incredible!
I have had four serious quitting attempts and am doing the patch + spray method. The spray has been hands down the best tool to help me get through cravings. I am now 6 weeks smoke free. The most important thing with the spray is knowing how to use it properly.. spray it UNDER your tongue, not on it!!

Feeling 'free' using Quickmist spray
I agree with many of the other reviews I've read. I've only been smoke-free for 3 weeks, using the Quickmist spray but from day 1 I really haven't had cravings, as long as I'm using it. Its miraculous how well it works for me.
Much easier to deal with the psychological aspects of giving up smoking, without having to deal much with the physical cravings.

I am so ready to quit.
Even though I have tried to quit many times, & I noticed each time I tried, my quitting smoking time has gotten longer.
Been on my mind over last year to try again.
My mind,body & heart was in tune with each other & knew it was time.
Trying nicorette is the first time to help me quit. Cold Turkey wasn't working as it did in n previous years.
I have to be aware of my trigger points as well.
The cool berry spray I thought I try this time. This one works for me.
I'm on my 7th week for no smoking, every week I give myself a pat on my back.
I feel happier, no coughing, no chest infection & my mental health I hope to improve.
I really hope 2022 is all good things healthier,happier & wealthier.
Looking forward in giving myself more pats on my back.

Good product dreadful instructions
After watching the much more informative video yes it's good and after trial and error it's easy to get along with. However on first and second use following the tinsy winsy instructions on the packaging I thought it was horrendous. Everything mentioned in the video was not mentioned on the packaging or leaflet and that's where most will look first not a Google search; it will likely be the reason why many can't get along with it because the instructions are useless. 1 pump is enough and make sure you lift the tounge get very very close to the inside of the middle of your cheek and squirt. Keep your mouth open with tongue still lifted for a few seconds making sure you're breathing through your nose and don't swallow until the coast is clear. Voila! Tip: Don't use unless your absolutely gasping and are about to make that sneaky trip to the shop for a packet of 20 of your favourites.

It works!!
I smoked for 30 years and have tried to quit so many times. I had started to think that I would never be able to stop. This has been a great tool to help with cravings. I stopped cold turkey and used the mist spray whenever I felt the need to smoke. It’s been 15 weeks so far with no cigarettes and am ready to say I’m officially a non-smoker!

It really helps
I have found the spray easy to use although I have had a couple of dud ones that the spray doesn't come out very well. It really works and has helped me quit after smoking for 40 years. I have not had a smoke for 3 1/2 weeks. I use the Nicorette app to track my sprays and the app provides daily tips and a place to add my reasons for quitting. I find the app really helpful. I would definitely recommend this product.

The spray is the best thing ever, I only use the mint one, at first it was harsh but once you get used to it, its all good, I think the biggest thing to remember is that it will still take you to be very firm with yourself, within the first couple of weeks, and then it becomes a lot easier and then so much easier from then on, and helps to have a good reason, my 1 year old son ‘Walker, was my reason, he deserves to have his father around in his life, thank you so much to all of the people that have been responsible make this amazing spray and for helping saving my life ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This product changed my life
I’ve tried Nicorette chewing gum‘s and the patches and they didn’t really work for me but when I tried this spray I instantly felt relief from cravings and withdrawl symptoms this product may be on the expensive side but it has definitely made it easier to kick the habit of smoking and thanks to the great people at nicorette I have been able to change my life.

No more cravings
This is my forth timing trying to give up smoking, first few times I got two two weeks on my own then started again. This time I tried using the gum and that wasn't help much at all so I decided to try the quick mist and as soon as I used the mist my cravings were gone. It is an amazing product and I would highly recommend it.

15 weeks smoke free thanks to nicorette
I smoked since i was 15 years old i am now a 46 year old who needed a hip replacement and my dr would not do it if I still smoked
So i smoked my last 4 cigarettes and purchased nicorette spray and inhaler, I have not had one in 14 weeks

It is a win win situation!

I am only 2 days off the smokes.. I'm using the freshmint nicorette quick mist, and this is amazing.. I've tried everything but this is the first product that I've been able to use and get off the smokes immediately..

I’ve tried patches and gum and the quick mist is by far the easiest way I have found. From the first spray I haven’t had the urge to light up. Also because you aren’t supposed to eat or drink immediately after it will hopefully stop the endless snacking most quitters seem to need.

Quit for good
I started the product six months ago and have not had a cigarette since. I love the control of being able to administer the spray as needed, unlike the patches that slowly release the nicotine throughout a 24 hour period.
Would highly recommend and yes, it does take some getting used to but the benefits outweigh any discomfort.

I love this product.
I like how it is orally administered, so mimics the obsession smokers have with shoving something into their mouths, yet doesn't have to be swallowed (gum turns my stomach). It's helping me quit the most health-destroying habit I've ever had.
