A little goes a long way! Cleanses my face well.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this cleanser cleaned my face, even with a full face of makeup I only needed a small amount that goes a long way!
This cleanser is ideal for dry skin like mine and I use it as my daily face wash. Being fragrance free is great because it doesn't have a strong smell or irritate my skin, It also doesn't foam up much which isn't an issue for me. It does irritate your eyes if you accidentally get some in your eyes, and technically isn't made for cleaning the eye area so you can't remove mascara or eyeshadow with it which is a bit annoying thus the 4 star rating. Overall it's a good face cleanser that lasts a long time! I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.

Gentle cream cleanser, perfect for a morning cl...
I have dry to normal skin and have always enjoyed a cream cleanser for a morning cleanse.
Nivea Gentle Cleansing Cream is perfect for me. It glides on well on slightly wet skin and rinses off reasonably well and does not leave a sticky or unpleasant residue. My skin is left very soft afterwards. There are some pink particles and they are not exfoliants (they dissolve upon massage) but I have no idea what they are. Fragrance is a little strong at first but I have gotten used to it by now (approximately 2 months).

Very gentle on my skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this cleanser in my shower routine for the last couple of weeks and I don’t think I could go with out it now. I love how it feels on my skin as well as how my skin feels after use. I have sensitive skin and it is so gentle, with a very light pleasant scent to it. It foams up very nicely on my face and after I’ve rinsed it off, my skin instantly feels clean, fresh and very soft. Easy to come out of the tube a little goes a long way with this cleanser. I highly recommend it to those with dry sensitive skin.

Gentle Cream Cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Standing pretty in pink, this cream cleanser is white in colour with pink beads. In the shower I apply this to my wet fingertips and massage it over my damp skin twice in the evening and once in the morning. Sweet in scent, the cleanser is of a medium consistency it feels comfortable on my skin and leaves my skin feeling well cleansed, soft and moisturised. This has been a good basic cleanser and has come in handy to use when my skin has felt dry or stripped. I would recommend this cream cleanser to family and friends.

Worth giving it a shot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I usually like the Nivea products but with this gentle cleansing cream, I’ve got mixed feeling.
The Pros:
- my sensitive skin didn’t react which is not always a given!
- very pleasant smell
- non drying formula
- great pricing
The Cons:
- usually used to a cleanser that foams like a soap so this felt strange; I struggled a bit to rinse it out
- have not used it for months yet but I haven’t seen any improvement on my skin
I’d recommend giving it a chance given how affordable this product is though!

Amazing!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This duo is amazing!!! The cleansing cream wash is a wonderful product to apply to your face before using the night cream. It has a gentle texture and feels so nice on your skin! Again, another great product for a little goes along way!! I love that about these as you don’t need to buy them constantly to keep up with the routine!! The cleansing cream does have like a small sandy texture in the cream like an exfoliator which is great!! This is fantastic together and I highly recommend them both!

Surprisingly good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was a bit hesitant to try this because my skin is extremely sensitive, however after 1 use I absolutely convinced. The texture is very creamy and not so much perfume scent which I love. This cleanser designed for dry and sensitive skin so it doesn’t have any bubble when you work it with water but instead you will feel like applying a layer of a very smooth cream on your skin. Clean your skin, get the job done and after washing - doesn’t have the tight itchy feelings. Will recommend!

Perfect for dry and sensitive skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this cream cleanser for the last 2 weeks in both the morning and at night, I would highly recommend it to anyone with both dry and sensitive skin.
I have found that my skin feels softer after using the cleanser and I no longer have areas of dry and flaky skin on my cheeks.
The formula does not irritate my skin like many other cleansers on the market, nor does it leave that tight skin feeling.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants softer and more hydrated skin

A new favourite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NIVEA DAILY ESSENTIALS GENTLE FACE WASH was also given to me from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I must say this face wash was gentle enough on my extra sensitive skin, however exfoliated it well enough that all my excess make up came off, and after washing my face, I was left with soft, rehydrated skin. Almond oil is a main ingredient in it, which not only makes it smell great, but also feel great as well. I will be purchasing this once it runs out.

Moisturising
This is a soothing creamy cleanser. It has a thick consistency. It spreads well on your face, melting all the makeup and impurities.
It does not irritate your skin.
Washes of really well, cleansing your skin effectively. Does not leave any oily residue.
This cleanser has a strong original Nivea cream scent. I quite enjoy it.
Perfect to use for sensitive skin or when u need a soothing cleanser.
I love that it contains almond oil so kind of leaves your skin soft and moisturised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have added this cleanser into my night time routine to see how it feels. So far it’s feeling nice. It feels good on my dryer and sensitive skin!! As the moisturiser it has that hydration from the almond oil!
As it’s a cream not a foam it’s easy to apply and massage in my skin!

Refreshing cleanser - Great value and quality!
In my teens I was never a cleaner user - With a limited "skincare education" I'd thought exfoliant was the key to cleaning and clearing clogged-up skin. Nivea cleansing cream is the opposite of this assumption - It's smooth, light and refreshing, meaning that following application and a rinse, your skin literally feels lighter and fresher! I'd not known a cleanser worked so effectively. The other bonus about this is its priced affordably and free of microplastics (Nivea made this commitment to be 100% microplastic free from 2021). My skin tends to be drier in the winter, so look forward to trying it then to see if it works in my toughest skincare season. In the meantime, it's a great spring and summer add to my skincare routine!

Gentle Cleanser for Sensitive Skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used NIVEA's Gentle Cleansing Wash Cream over the past week and loved it! I always hesitate to try new products because of my sensitive skin, but this cleanser had a creamy texture that left my skin feeling soft and supple. It doesn't strip all the oil from your skin (no "squeaky" clean feel), and instead gently cleanses your skin to remove all dirt and excess oil.
Great smell and value at its price point, and ideal as an everyday cleanser.

My new favourite
Definitely a cleanser that I’ve loved using. The almond oil gives the cream a nice sweet smell unlike others I’ve tried. I’m always worried about the little beads getting stuck into my pores (yes that does happen!) but I noticed that wasn’t the case while using this. It made my skin feel a lot softer & smoother after taking my makeup off. In the morning my skin looked healthier & my skin looked clearer. This will definitely be a staple in my make up routine. Nivea Cleansing Cream
This product is the best. It has a beautiful delicate fragrance that reminds me of my mums cleansing cream from years ago. You almost don’t feel you need moisturiser after cleansing with this cream cleanser.
It’s fast at cutting through makeup (which I wear a lot of) and I didn’t even need to put on moisturiser if I was too tired at night. Its gentle, creamy and removes waterproof makeup easily. I’ve always used Nivea body moisturiser but this cleanser is now going to be a regular product I purchase.

That was until I tried this cleanser. It has a lovely light creamy texture with a sparse inclusion of pink micro beads. It delivers a very mild exfoliation while still leaving skin feeling hydrated. It’s scent is reminiscent of classic nivea products and is very subtle. I will repurchase and would highly recommend.

Gentle creamy face wash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nivea Daily Essentials Gentle Cleansing Wash Cream is a white cream based cleanser with some pink spots/beads (but not at all firm) throughout. It’s quite thick and applies on well without a sudsy lather. The scent is floral and quite distinct vs other cleansers designed for sensitive skin and the almond oil is noticeable. It comes in a pretty pink, sturdy tube with a cap at the bottom for dispensing.
Effectively removes residue from the skin whilst not being harsh. It didn’t strip my skin, but it didn’t add the hydrating nourishment I’d hoped. Overall I’d use this for normal skin types needing an easy cream cleanser that doesn’t have any exfoliating or stripping qualities.

Non-stripping but leaves a residue

Incredibly gentle and non-stripping - it is likely very appropriate for dry skin as advertised.
Unfortunately, I found it seemed to leave a layer of residue after use and I did not feel clean (although I’m confident I was). This is likely because I have oily skin and it just wasn’t a strong enough cleanser.
I also want to draw attention to the pink beads - I couldn’t figure out what they were nor their purpose but they were not instantly water soluble. They don’t seem to be for the purpose of exfoliation as there aren’t enough of them to get a good scrub. I know this product is labelled 99% biodegradable but there’s a big controversy about micro-beads atm that should be considered.

Gentle & Creamy
I’ve been using the gentle cleansing cream for a couple weeks now and can I just say wow to the creaminess I actually loved it! The little beads inside are great as a super super gentle exfoliant. I’ve had zero irritation and redness, I’m usually extremely sensitive when I try new products.
But this is fantastic from Nivea. Even my kids have used it and no dramas from them! Will definitely continue using this. I was gifted a product sample to trial and review.

Did not leave my skin overly dry and tight after use. Would like to see a bit more natural ingredients and a bit less chemical ingredients. But I had no Irritation or sensitivity after use. May be a bit too rich for some. Very ideal for dry, sensitive skin. Or those not prone to breakouts.

Great face wash!
I absolutely love this cleansing wash. It smells beautiful and the texture is extremely delicate. I wash my face day and night using it and after every use, my face feels smooth, fresh and very clean. It clears all the oil and dirt accumulated throughout the day and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean. It is easy to apply and use and the pack is in a generous size that can last for a while.

Amazing scent nice cleanser
I have to let you know.. this Nivea Cleansing Cream smells amazing !!!
It is so creaming and moisturize if but still clean your skin really well. I’ve been using it in the shower and find warm water washes this cream off really well. Its also for dry to sensitive skin so that’s a win. The luxury of the almond oil I feel leaves your skin clean, refreshed and soothes.

I really enjoy this cleanser, its fragrant, creamy, soothing and feels very luxurious. It makes my skin feel clean and cared for. Super creamy and nourishing
I love the smell - its classic Nivea - clean, fresh and not at all over powering. This cleanser is super creamy and I do like massaging it in and just rinsing it off in the shower - it makes life so much easier. This product leaves your skin feeling not only very clean but also soft, supple and beautifully nourished and its really great value for money. A gentle cleanser great for the shower
I've been using the cleanser for two weeks now to clean my face in the morning in the shower. I have sensitive skin so was worried this might make my skin flare up. But, it didn't. It made my skin feel soft and hydrated. I like the way it feels on my skin and the subtle fragrance. it didn't foam up as much as I thought it might so didn't feel like it was really doing a deep cleanse.

Would recommend for normal skin types

My husband also used the product who has normal skin and he really enjoyed product. A perfect cream cleanser
As a Nivea Insider I was given the Gentle Cleansing Cream for sensitive skin to trial.
For use I dampen my face and massage a small amount into my face. This cleanser does not foam making it perfect for my sensitive skin and it’s not too harsh and stripping.
The cream has a very light fragrance that doesn’t irritate my skin.
After a few weeks of use I think my skin is looking smoother than with my previous cleanser.

Great value product, does an okay job

I did find it worked well given the price tag however it wouldn't be a product I would purchase as I have another product that does similar things better
