Soothes The Skin
I only started shaving again this year, I've had a beard for around 20 years.
Someone gave me a Nivea gift set, with shaving foam, and of course the post shave balm.
My face and neck have always been sensitive to shaving, even electric shavers, and the Nivea post shave balm has been one of the best gifts I've ever received,
I use it all the time, I've nearly finished my second bottle and bought a replacement on this site.
Highly recommended, really soothes the skin, I don't even bother with aftershave lotion as it smells nice on its own.

Changed Formula - Now glugy and leaves white ma...
I have been using this after shave balm (sensitive) for around 5-6 years now and loved it. Only recently in the last month or so Nivia has changed the formula. It’s now called instant relief and is glugy, and when wiped on your face it leaves white marks everywhere that you have to rub in even more (similar to soap). I have tried this on 3 different brand new bottles and all do this. Change the formula back this new version feels cheap and performs worse and sorry to say you will lose me as a customer if something isn’t done

Change it back! The new formula is terrible!
I don’t know who you have in charge of your product development team, but they need to be sacked. The new formula for your NIVEA MEN SENSITIVE AFTER SHAVE BALM is absolutely horrible!! I have used this post shave balm for at least 5 years and it has been amazing. All of a sudden, for no reason, you change it to something that is so greasy and thick that I never want to use this after shaving ever again, I’d rather go without!
Please revert back to the old formula, it worked well, sold well and was so refreshing!
