The product definitely removed my mascara but it was also a little irritating.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Nivea Gentle eye makeup remover and it definitely removed my mascara and the makeup around my eyes. However it did cause my eye to become quite irritated, i followed the directions on the bottle and didn’t apply much pressure or scrub very hard. I will admit i have really sensitive eyes but for a gentle eye makeup remover it could be gentler on the eye.

An overall good product

Overall it works well, I do find it doesn't remove mascara completely, unless you wet the cotton pad completely.
Once you wet the cotton pad completely it does sting the eye a little, so I found I had to use less product on multiple cotton pads.
No oily residue left on skin after using

Amazing for waterproof makeup!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and easily wipes my waterproof mascara and kajal. Bottle size makes it great to travel with. As someone with sensitive skin, I did find it irritating my eyes. I liked how it didn’t leave an oily residue. Smell was also soft and not too strong. Overall it’s a great product for stubborn eye makeup.

Stings eye area
I’ve been using Nivea Gentle eye makeup remover for very long because it’s been gentle on the eyes. I recently bought the same brand which has a red label “new improved” but this really stings the skin around the eye area. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this as the product is nothing like it was. I will not be able to use this again.

The perfect product that removes your eye makeup and doesn’t leave any residue behind!

For someone with sensitive skin like me this is an amazing product that does not give me any irritation or redness.

Does its job

I'm not sure if I will buy again as I have a favourite product for make-up removal already but it was good to try something different

States to be “gentle” but is far from it.

Gentle on the eyes!
