Add one sachet of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Dessert to 200mL of cold water and mix vigorously with a whisk or fork. Leave to stand for 5 minutes preferably in a refrigerator. Store covered in refrigerator (<4 °C).All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Note: Do not change proportions. Follow preparation instructions.

Dessert for a diet
I love this for "dessert"- the different texture of finally not having a shake makes it exciting (after doing the diet for months on end). The only thing to be sure of is to only use the 200ml of water when making it - any more water makes this a watery mess.

It’s super quick to prepare, sets quickly in the fridge & tastes yummy. If you’re not too diet restricted, throw in some crushed nuts, currants or a few chocolate chips for a nice & not too naughty little treat :)

Was ok, wasn’t a real fan of this flavor, the lemon creme dessert is so much tastier, in my option. I just found the chocolate flavored dessert tasted a little artificial.
