Open wrapper and consumer bar. Optifast VLCD bars are convenient and ready to eat. One bar is equivalent to one meal on the Optifast VLCD Program. Once opened consume straight away, if not consumed straight away, reseal tightly to ensure freshness, consume within 24hr.
