Add one sachet of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Shake to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water.

The right product, right price, excellent service
I am a big fan of both Optislim and Optifast and I wanted to stock up on Optifast since it has been so good since I started. Excellent taste and feeling full and satisfied - and 10kgs lost in a few healthy months. Chemist Direct had the quantities I needed at a great price. Excellent delivery - and (even better for me) it was not from Chemist Warehouse. All round win!

Guiltless Chocolate
I love this flavour, it's like having a chocolate without the calories. It's just what I need to keep me on my weight loss journey. It's great to know that I am doing the right thing and the cost is minimal compared to the food I'd normally be eating. I don't feel hungry after having this shake and that full feeling lasts until my next meal .

Telling People that it’s Good But 2 Expensive
The Product is Good But it’s 2 Expensive !! Especially when there are only 6 Days of Product So really People should look for Something Less Expensive !! If you stay on it for 12Weeks it’ll Cost you on average $770 to Experience and the average Person Who needs it the Most cannot Afford it So really they are Not Helping The Needy Person

The only weight loss program supported by my doctors
There are many weight loss programs out there but this is the only one that my doctors support because it provides all nutritional requirements to maintain body health. The chocolate is my favourite flavour and the taste is very palatable. This is a very doable diet, especially if your life is in the balance.

I prefer the original ingredients. The new cleartes a very throthy shake causing me to have wind which prev did not. The new causes less in box, hence more expensive for a weeks supply I.e. From 21 down to 18 per box at same price. For anyone wanting to eliminate sugar, then check the panel it is a bit high.

I love the chocolate shake because it tastes great and fills me up. In the summer time I add loads of ice and make a slushy. Then it takes longer to consume which all helps you not to eat in between meals
