Add one sachet of OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Shake to 200-250mL of cold or warm water. Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Do not use boiling water.
All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature or within 24 hours if refrigerated.

Not bad for what it is..
When i think of diets, i cringe.. they are normally tasteless food or disgusting chemical filled substitutes. The Optifast shake range are in no way a 5 star gourmet meal, but they do surprisingly taste pretty good, especially blended with ice and maybe some essence to spice up the flavours. Also when i am losing an average of 5kg a week, i must say i am very happy with this product!!

The Optifast VLCD are the best meal replacement shakes on the market . They are full of essential vitamins & are dietitian & Dr approved for weight loss if you are obese . I've lost 15 kilos in 12 weeks & my dietitian is pleased with how I'm going . Very happy with the product & service from Pharmacy Online .

I really enjoyed the taste of this shake (I generally wouldn't choose strawberry) - much better than the chocolate and far better than the vanilla. Shame it only comes in the smaller packets of 12 instead of 21.
