Excellent floss - REFILL PRODUCT WOULD BE PERFECT
This is the best floss I have ever used, as it is slim enough to easily fit through the narrow spaces between my teeth.
I use a lot, as I have had my teeth realigned and want to maintain good oral health. However, I have not given 5 stars as it's frustrating that there are no refills - having to purchase and throw away so many plastic cases is such a waste. The case is easily opened and well suited to a REFILL product. Oral B, please produce refills!

Very disappointed. It’s not the same product anymore.
I bought a pack of oral B waxed floss couple weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. The product is not the same anymore. If the changes made was similar or better than the existing, I’m fine but it is not unfortunately. It is thin and slippery, so hard to use. I used to use oral B and have changed to Colgate purely because I have a lot of them left. When I’ve finally ran out of my Colgate floss I bought oral B. I will not purchase oral B again, sorry.

Oral-B Essential Floss is a winner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Oral-B Essential Floss as part of my regular dental hygiene now for the past week and am impressed with the difference I have noticed in my overall oral health. When I first used it, there was a small amount of resistance as I hadnt used dental floss for a quite a while, but it soon became easy to manipulate around my teeth. Oral-B Essential Floss has helped my breath as it gets out any debris that get caught between my teeth, that cause unpleasant odours. Definitely will be using Oral-B Essential Floss as an addition to my dental routine.

As a matter of urgency, please bring back the 100m dispenser
Oral-B Essential floss is a great product. Since I cannot get the 100m dispenser anymore, I had to buy the 50m round dispenser. The floss is harder to pull out of the container and the container is just too small. Please bring back the 100m dispenser!

Irritating, frustrating extremely weak thin floss
Based on four different 50m mint essential dental floss I have encountered identical problems in each floss reel. The floss itself lacks any noticeable mint flavour, the floss normally breaks immediately any flossing action begins or shreds then breaks quickly thereafter.

Please bring back the 100 metre dispenser!
Great product in all respects, but current 50 metre dispenser is much inferior to the larger one in terms of operation and overall convenience for home use and when travelling.

Great for everyday use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the compact size which makes it easy to carry it around. It comes in a set of two so I can have one in my bathroom and one in my handbag. The product has just the right thickness and it's gentle on the gums. Unfortunately, I've noticed that it shreds during use. I think that there must have been some change in its production because I used it many times previously and have never experienced this problem before.

The 50m floss is just not the same as the old 100m
I have been using Oral B floss for as long as I can remember and when the 100m dispenser was discontinued I started buying the 2 pack of 50m. It’s just not the same quality anymore and it continually shreds soon after I start flossing.
The floss also gets stuck in the dispenser and I’ve had to open it up to adjust the reel. Other people I’ve spoke to have also experienced these same problems and I can only hope that these issues are resolved very soon.
