It is your typical soap bar in terms of shape and size. Rated 5 out of 5 by jupiter from Reliable staple in the bathroom [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Palmolive soap is one of those household staples that you keep repurchasing. Out of the various options (chamomile, milk & honey etc), this green aloe & olive is the one that I like the best. It has a soft fragrance that's not too overpowering, effectively gets rid of sweat and grime and stubborn waterproof sunscreen. It lasts well and doesn't turn into mush like some soaps do after a few uses. I wouldn't say that it's 'moisturising', but soap is always going to be more stripping than shower gel. It does clean very well and it's what I always revert to after a sweaty gym session or when I have applied sunscreen on my body. I would never use this on the face though, it would be too stripping.

It has a mild fresh fragrance and is a good solid soap great for lathering on to a body sponge. It gives a great clean without leaving your body overly dry like other soaps. I've never used it on my face as I don't think soap should ever be applied on the face even if it has moisturising ingredients like aloe and olive.

It doesn't dry out my hands or body and has a pleasant but faint smell, with does not stay on the body after washing. It is also good for people with allergies, as it has simple ingredients. I would recommend this to any one who just wants a simple bar of soap, no frills. I've been buying this one for years now.

It left my skin soft and smooth. It is enriched with natural extracts. Its a good size bar and lasts a while. You can get these on special at the supermarket.

Whenever my husband and I shower with it, it lingers on our skin so when we go to bed, we smell fresh and clean. This soap is usually sold in packs of 4 but sometimes you can find it is 8 or 10 packs as well. The soap is a pastel green colour and is shaped to fit the hand well while showering. It lathers well and is a joy to use because of its beautiful fragrance. It's the type of fragrance that shouts "Clean" whenever you smell it and I think many people are familiar with this fragrance because this soap had been around for years. Many people I know have this as their family soap. It does not get soft and soggy as some soaps do which have a high animal fat content. Neither is this soap drying on the skin. It is a great body soap for all the family. I love buying this soap because having it in the bathroom makes the bathroom smell nice too. As this soap is very popular among families, often it is on sale for around $2. So it is a good quality and very economical soap to use.
