Methods of Use (Adults Only)
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Essential Oil of Citrus aurantium var. bergamia fruit peel 1mL/1mL
Keep out of reach of children. For external Use Only. Do not use neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged. If symptoms persist, talk to your health care professional

Being a long term customer, over 20yrs, I simply Love In Essence Essential Oils. I've tried other brands, but keep coming back to the best oils ever! Light fresh fragrance
I love a citrus fragrance and I use this one when I want a lighter hint of citrus. I tend to blen it with other essential oils rather than on it's own.
