The concept of a purple conditioner was very new to me so I was certainly a bit skeptical but so impressed with the results! I think this is potentially what I’ve been missing in my routine! Many purple shampoos I’ve tried have worked but have dried out my hair and haven’t cleaned as thoroughly as what I would like. I feel like the shampoo worked well to get through the greasiness and oiliness of my hair and the conditioner gave it that lovely revitalising that it needed! Worth trying together to see if your hair needs this additional treatment.

Great for Blondes who go Brassy
I received this product at the BIB event.
Prior to receiving this product I had used the Fanola purple shampoo which definitely reduced how brassy my hair was, but it also made my hair like straw.
This conditioner used in conjunction with their purple shampoo I found was very effective without drying out my hair. My hands also didnt stain like other purple shampoos which was great!
I found my brassiness reduced but not as much as it did using fanola. However I definitely prefer this product due to its moisturising factor, I found it gentle.enough to use everyday.

Great toning conditioner
Thanks BH for giving me chance to trial both shampoo and conditioner duo. The bottle is upside down with flip lid which is easy to use in the shower. The packaging is sleek. The smell of the conditioner is pleasant & not overpowering. The conditioner rinse out easily without any traces of build up. The texture of the conditioner is creamy and thick. After shampooing, use conditioner on towel dry hair. The result is great and noticeable in just 3 washes the brasiness is in control and hair is soft and shiny. The hair looks toned and near to salon treatment. The blonde highlights look less brassy with manageable hair. No cons but all pros. Would recommend to all blonde beauties.

Great in conjunction with shampoo
was lucky enough to get this also from the BIB event 2019. As with the shampoo I’ve never used a "purple" colour correcting product.
This comes in a flip top (bottom) tube. It is a lavender colour and it smells nice.
You don't need alot at all and be careful to really rinse it out.
After using once with the shampoo, I could really see the "blonde" come back and that brassiness gone. I was asked if I had my hair done so others must have noticed it as well.
The only thing I don't like about it is because my hair is oily it makes it even oily I have to wash my hair the next day with my standard shampoo/conditioner I can skip a day but with this I do need to wash again the following day.

A great affordable option
If you're looking for an affordable conditioner to manage the brassiness in your blonde hair or highlights, then this is a great option. I use both the shampoo and this conditioner as my 'regular' hair care. I have scalp-bleached short blonde hair, and these two products combined are an easy and affordable option that give me the results I am looking for. I do combine them with a salon-style silver shampoo approximately once a week, as I find this is the best way for me to really get the best results.
The conditioner is silky and smooth and leaves my hair looking nourished and manageable.

Good for blondes
I have highlights put in my dark blonde hair every few months, and they can start to look a bit brassy after a while. I like to use the John Frieda purple shampoos and conditioners to counteract the brassy tones. The product is pale mauve and has a pleasant scent which lingers in the hair. This conditioner is easy to use; it comes in a tube with a flip top lid and is then applied to the hair, left on for a few minutes then rinsed out. It leaves my hair soft and shiny, and removes any brassy tones. I have repurchased this product several times and will continue to do so.

Tones Brassiness Without Darkening
I love that they brought out a matching Violet Crush conditioner for the Violet Crush shampoo - which is so quick and effective by the way. The conditioner works quickly too and is a pale purple colour to just balance the hair beautifully and manage tangles really well.
The scent is a very soft 'John Frieda' scent and its quite a powdery soft scent. I like it a lot and it smells sort of like a 'freshly washed hair' scent. It matches in with the pale purple pastel colour of the formula too.
So this doesn't really deposit colour I don't think but it does complement the desposited colour from the shampoo.
I love that it helps make my hair appear lighter and brighter unlike some other violet shampoo and conditioner sets which can seemingly darken the blonde as it tones it. This set does not darken the hair which is awesome.

A miracle worker!
After using a string of super drying toning products in my hair, the lengths and ends were frizzy, dry and were prone to breakage. That all changed when I began to use this conditioner!
This product leaves my hair super hydrated, soft and silky! I don’t think any company fitioner had ever made my hair feel so amazing. With other brands, I had to use multiple leave in conditioners and oils just to be able to brush my hair without it breaking. Now, I just just use the John Frieda conditioner in the shower and not have to use any extra products afterwards Andy hair still feels incredible!
This conditioner is also a perfect accompaniment to the shampoo in the range, with both products toni g away any brass I was in my hair within 2-3 washes.
Also, you only need a small amount of product to achieve a great result, which is awesome for the value of the product!
