Not having enough lice catching containers
I think this product needs more lice catching packets. 2 isn’t enough for the amount of people in the family. I currently have 3 girls in the house with head lice and having only 2 catch nets just doesn’t help me out.

Does not suck up the lice
Unfortunately the hair gets caught easily in the comb. The lice stay on the comb , not vaccumed in as the product descriptions say. So you have to manually remove lice off the comb.

Don’t waste your money
Short cord and needs to be plugged in. Cord kept falling out. Couldn’t change the direction of the head. This it was faulty. Waste of money and chemist refund times were too short
