Rated 5 out of 5 by Casandra from Rich moisturising without greasiness or petroleum! After trying a sample satchet of this, I bought this item around April 2019 and have been religiously using it. Couldn't find this product in WA, so I had to get it online. This hand cream is literally my holy grail for my eczema. Made out of natural ingredients, it consists of potent moisturising ingredients such as urea and triglycerides which really helps to lock in moisture. As well as other helpful ingredients such as Pro-vitamin B5, aloe vera, shea butter and vitamin e. The fact that it doesn't contain any petroleum is what makes it shine compared to other hand creams and a cream that I got from a pharmacy (consisted of urea + petroleum), which doesn't seem to make the eczema on my finger any better. But in contrast, Natralus' hand cream helps to get rid of scaly dry flakes on my fingers and makes it smoother with continued use. I find that it helps to better manage my eczema and prevent breakouts. The cream is rich yet non-greasy unlike ointments, which really ticks my boxes (and a friend of mine who tried it). Overall, it's a great cream with quality ingredients that definitely shows results. Your hands will definitely be happier with it! I just came back to this site with an intent to repurchase, so why not leave a review for such a stunning product? Thanks for stocking this item at such a good value!

It has a Vaseline-like consistency, yet it absorbs in seconds, leaving no greasy residue. My dry hands INSTANTLY felt silky smooth! But they also felt like bare skin, as though I wasn't wearing any hand cream. When I apply this at night, my hands feel a little slimy when I wash them the next morning - as though I'm rinsing off aloe vera gel. But they still feel smooth when I dry them. After two consecutive nightly uses, my hands were fine. You could also use this cream on dry elbows. It has a blokey scent that I'd describe as camphor-like, though there is no camphor in the ingredients. The aroma doesn't linger for long. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Australian made & owned. Cruelty-free.
