Methods of Use (Adults Only)
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Essential Oil of Citrus paradisi fruit rind 1mL/1mL
Keep out of reach of children. For external Use Only. Do not use neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged. If symptoms persist, talk to your health care professional

Great motivator
I love using this essential oil in the diffuser especially in the morning. It gives me the lift I need to get motivated. Sometimes I blend it with Lemon myrtle for a real citrus hit.
