Dispose of used tips in the bin. Do not flush the tips down the toilet. We do not recommend adding the tips to your home compost bin. Although the tips are made from sustainably sourced paper and 100% cotton, anything that has been added to the cotton bud during use e.g. nail polish remover, makeup, disinfectant etc., may affect the delicate balance of a compost bin.

Great new sustainable tips - BUT STILL IN PLASTICI ran out of cotton tips recently and was overjoyed and amazed that I could buy ones from a supermarket that didn't have plastic sticks. Amazing! But I was so disappointed they came wrapped in plastic. I know it's less plastic and that I can take the packaging back to the supermarket for recycling, but I think it should have come in paper or cardboard packaging.

Great eco-friendly product, but......unfortunately we decided not to buy ' Made in China' anymore.
Surely, this eco-friendly product can be produced onshore. Happy to buy it again then even when more expensive.

Still come in plastic!Very disappointing that they don’t come in eco-friendly friendly packaging. The cotton tips themselves are very easy to use and feel great, I am just upset about the packaging!

However, shame it comes packaged in plastic though, why not use recycled cardboard packaging instead? Please improve this aspect of the product.

Oh Swisspers, what have you done!Oh Swisspers, what have you done to my favourite product??
I understand you went to a paper stem however the quality of the product has dropped severely.
The cotton now comes off in strands and gets in the eye plus you can forget about cleaning off any stray mascara with these new ones, you end up with cotton in the mascara and god help you if you wear contact lenses, it is a pure nightmare. The end of the flat side at the top is sharp which is dangerous around the eyes and has actually scratched my eyelid enough to make it bleed.
It appears you have changed suppliers and downgraded the cotton and manufacturing. Swisspers, we have had a love affair for years but it is time to part ways as this product is now substandard compared to the original which breaks my heart but I value my skin too much to purposely use a product that can cause serious damage especially when a piece of cotton works it’s way under a contact lens or cuts an eyelid. Farewell Swisspers, I am now in search of another kinder product.
