Each 10ml contains 130.9mg of elemental silicon (as silica-colloidal anhydrous 280mg). To maintain stability, purity and a safe shelf life, Qsilica Colloidal Silica Gel is preserved with natural lemongrass oil, resulting in a refreshing lemon taste.
Exceeding the daily dose is not recommended. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Store out of reach of children. Before opening, store below 30°C. Enjoy the benefits of QsilicaI believe Qsilica skin, hair and nails liquid really helps my nails and skin as well as my hair. I know it helps my nails as they are obviously stronger than when I do not use it. As I am in my 70's, I feel it also aids my skin and my hair stays healthy too. You do have to get use to the taste diluted in water.

have been buying this product for several years and have found a big difference in the gel liquid as compared to the tissue saltsas stated above, I have been taking silica for years and was happy enough, until, my homeopathic specialist suggested liquid gel.
