Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product. For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult a professional for advice.

Walking tall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Scholl In-Balance Lower Back Orthotic Insoles to be very comfortable on my feet, and gave a lot better support to my feet than the insoles I was using before. They improved my posture when I was walking so I actually felt like I was walking taller which then eased pressure on my lower back so I returned from my walk without any discomfort at all. The only drawback I did find is that they were too wide to fit in my favourite walking shoe.

I have used Scholl Orthotic before so knew that I would be more than satisfied with the overall quality and results of Scholl In-Balance Lower Back Orthotic Insole - and am happy to report that I am. The pain I was getting in my hips and lower back eased significantly which made my daily walking much more enjoyable.

I feel like such an idiot for waiting as it has made a huge difference! I work in a standing/walking job and my feet, legs and back would suffer after a long shift. Since using the Scholl insoles I have barely any pain in my feet even after standing for up to 12 hours. The pain/tiredness I would normally feel in my legs and back is also much less.

A great product that actually works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found these really comfortable although you may need to remover the existing soles from your shoes as they are quite thick and it was a bit too tight with both in my shoes. I also found my lower back pain eased after wearing them for a couple of days which somewhat surprised me. I wasn't expecting an outcome that quickly, so I will definitely keep wearing them as often as I can.

Quality and Comfortability

They were very easy to install as well as swap to different shoes. They did feel like they helped with the pain that I can get sometimes and also while using them I was more aware of the reason why so made sure I kept my posture correct.

I wish I had found you sooner!!!!!

You really can feel the inserts working to adjust the feet into a more correct position and after a fortnight of using them my back does feel better!!!

Comfortable and relieving

They are very comfortable and after a few longer walks I found that the discomfort I usually get in my lower back was not there. I'm looking forward to see how they perform in the longer term, but so far they are very good.

Once in it ales a little while to get used to however it eventually molded to the foot and was quite comfortable to walk in. Not sure its a permanent solution to fix lower back pain however it does help a little and I would recommend it.

Definitely worth a try

I believe wearing the insoles does help to reduce general lower back pain caused by wearing shoes without support. I would definitely consider buying these insole for specific shoes which may need more support.

Comfortable Scholl Insoles

Did need to cut them down to fit my shoes - which was an easy process. I feel slightly elevated and lean forward with insoles in but feel back is supported and have less lower back pain.

Offer good support

They felt a little strange when I first used them but once worn for a while they feel more comfortable and offer good arch support.

I persisted and wore them fairly constantly for a couple of weeks as I thought it would get better with time but this was not the case.
