Place in your shoe around the back of your heel. - Trial placement in the shoe before removing the protective film. - Apply to the back of the show as required. - Peel protective film off cushions and apply to the shoe sticky side at the back. - Reposition if required, ensuring the cushions are in the same position in each shoe. - Take care when removing, pull slowly and gently out of the shoe, applying pressure to the show material next to the heel shield with the other hand. - Replace after 6 months or first signs of wear.
Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs, do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin.

Wouldn't adhere to shoe
I purchased these Heel Shields last week and put them in my new shoes. They didn't stick very well to the back of my shoe from the start, however, I applied a bit of pressure and they were still in place when I put them on this morning. When I wore my shoes with the shields in them today, the shield rolled down when i was putting the shoe on but I thought that the pressure from my heel would help then stick, however, the shield had slipped within 15 mins of wearing them. I reapplied them a few times, however, when I went to do it again this afternoon both of them had fallen out of my shoe! Considering I have used this brand for a long time and paid a lot for the product I am really disappointed.

Lasted only 4 uses
Bought these to protect my heels as I wanted to wear my shoes without socks. Stuck the cushions in place, pressed to ensure adhesive was 100% in contact with the shoe and wore my shoes for 4 times until the gel cushions came loose. Lost one in the middle of the street as it fell out.
The gel cushions did the job and were comfortable enough during the time they were correctly on place, however, the price isn't justified if one has to replace them after 4 uses. Save your money, or alternatively, use superglue to attach cushions in place.

Wouldn’t recommend
I purchased this product and was super hopeful that they would work. Unfortunately they came off as soon as I put my shoes on and I attempted to stick them back on which didn’t work so well. Was hoping the pressure of my heel against them might keep them in place but one fell out the back when walking and the other rolled down into my shoe

Disappointing
I've had these in my shoes for a few days and have maybe worn them about 4 times and 1 heel shield has completely unstuck and lost all of it's adhesive. They have been great and done their job but now have lost it's glue and are unusable. Bit of a waste of money for me as I'd need to buy them weekly if this happens each time.

No Blisters!
I had a pair of shoes I’d only worn once and they caused a lot of blisters. The Scholl Party Feet heel shields improved my comfort levels significantly, and no blisters this time. Only issue was they didn't stick as readily as I thought they would so I’m not sure if there’s certain materials that they adhere to better.

Disappointing
Purchased the Fell Heel Shields, followed directions to adhere to the back of the show yet they DO NOT STICK ,just fall off. Shoes were brand new and never worn, so no dirt or grease to effect the adhesion. Initially sticks on, but after a while can feel the shield has shifted inside the shoe

Didnt stick
I bought these on my lunch break as my new shoes were rubbing my feet. They didn't stick!! Fell off and slipped up out of the shoe within half hour. And I spent most of it sitting. Waste of money, which is a shame because I love Scholl products normally. Very dissapointed.

Completely Useless
I put these in a pair of shoes and after literally 1 minute of walking they had rolled up and come off. I so desperately wanted them to be a better solution than band-aids but they were totally useless. Don't waste your money.
