1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size. 2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.
1. Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat. 2. Replace after 6 months or with signs of wear.

these are the best insoles, only ones that last for my son. he has Asperger's and hates the feel of his shoes. with these insoles he wears them all the time

Great at absorbing sweat and odour control
The inner soles really do a really great job at odour control. They manage sweat and keep shoes fresh which means they can be worn for much longer.
