Great for work
I have 2 pairs of these for my work shoes. I love them. They are easy to switch between any pair of shoes. They fit well in my leather dress shoes, sport/sand shoes, boots & the far too many pairs of Vans I own.
I work in a hospital & I'm on my feet all day on hard floors. These have helped a lot. I have recommended them to a few people.
Also they don't cost the world!

Absolutely no arch support
The product's claim is frankly very misleading. There is absolutely no arch support here. This insole would perhaps suit a supinator looking for some extra heel lift and cushioning but for anyone wanting "heel and arch support", it doesn't nothing. In fact it increases instability. You cannot actually view the product in the package so you have to buy and then get shocked at what you see! Not recommended for the advertised use-case.

This insole is also good for runners.
As a keen runner I have tried many insoles. I think this one is underrated. It has useful heel lift and cushion for those with achilles or heel problems. The arch support is not too much and allows a natural flow. The 3/4 length allows the forefoot and toes to have good road feel , that is good for a natural flow and co ordination of the stride.

Excellent product
Outstanding product - simply the best heel and arch support I have ever used. No knee pain or leg fatigue with these. Have now purchased 3 pairs for my shoes
