I had this product as part of a gift pack and thought I wouldn't be able to try it for a very good while, but I suddenly needed it when I woke up with a few red spots on my left cheek plus one closer to my nose. It may have been due to snaking on peanuts in such sultry weather, my skin wasn't happy. I applied a very thin layer, soon after cleansing and toning my skin. The feeling was fresh on the skin, the absorption immediate and the redness went away in less then 3 hours! Please take into account I wasn't treating an "acne" skin, but little breakouts, hence my experience reflects that specific situation. I was delighted with this product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by PigeonOf from Gentle and effective I was very surprised by this product , a lot of the sukin range tends to sting and irritate my skin due to the essential oils, but this one thankfully did not. I suffer from cystic acne and out of frustration,headed down to priceline to look for anything to ease a bit of the flare up, so I know something like this will not magically cure the pimple, but it soothes it and brings down the swelling, which is more than I could ask for. Love this product, it doesn't get rid of my pimples, but it does have soothing and swelling reducing properties, so it makes cystic acne a bit less painful to deal with :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fifi_m from Fantastic product! I received this at the Beautyheaven Natural Beauty event and a huge pimple (in)conveniently popped up so I could try this. The pimple I had was one that just kep sitting under the surface of my skin, building up almost into a cyst. I used this on it, and it immediately calmed down the irritated feel. Because it was all sitting under the skin though, it didn't really penetrate through to remove the pimple, so even though I know I shouldnt, I popped it to remove the build up of pus. Once I'd broken the skin, the product worked at drying out the pimple. I feel that this product would work better on pimples that are not so cyst like. Even though it's called a gel, it's more of a lotion consistency.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Yohanna from Refreshing, gentle Got this in the sukin blemish control pack. I have no acne but have very big pores. In 20s and 30s had a very oily skin. Now, mid aged skin, more of a combo. Whiteheads and blackheads form so quickly still if I do not use any acids. This gel contains BHA that is shown to help keep pores clear. I have used this gel over my whole face as a face mask (yes all over: pores on the chin, nose, cheeks and some on forehead need treatment...i.e. all over). The gel is gentle and soothing. And after rinsing it off (I would keep it on as a mask for at least 30 minutes while doing chores) skin felt smooth and soft. No tightness at all. And refreshed. Used regularly kept my skin clear of whiteheads and blackheads forming.

However after trying a new serum I had a sore and nasty looking pimple on the end of my nose. Sukin is a brand I trust so I bought this. I was limited in what I could get at the time. It was extremely effective, and worked quickly. I have super sensitive skin but had no adverse reaction to this. Pleasant to use with the aloe vera I didn't need to use it for very long before the pimple had gone, leaving no scaring. I have no hesitation in recommending this. I found it excellent at such an inexpensive price.

The product is a nice white cream/gel that has a faint pleasant scent that smells very natural. The cream absorbs into the skin easily although I didn't notice a difference in 30 minutes likes it states on the packaging I did notice a difference the next day after applying the cream the night before. I have even passed this onto my 13 year old nephew and he has also noticed a big difference in his skin.

It's easy to wear during the daytime too because it goes invisible. I'm impressed by it's natural ingredients and I've offered this to my daughter to use as she has very temperamental skin when it comes to spots at the moment. I use this in conjunction with it's matching cleanser and matching moisturiser and find it helps to diminish the blemish fast and gently. I could highly recommend this and will re-purchase it when the tube finishes.

I was skeptical at first as I didn't think that "natural" ingredients would help breakouts. However, to my surprise, it worked quite well. I feel this can be partially credited to the salicylic acid, which I did not know was present until looking at the back of the tube. Although it does take a few days for full effect (hence 4 stars), it does a great job of being gentle with the skin that is being treated. Great addition to the Sukin range, will purchase again!
