A lot of health bloggers are writing about it. I gave it a try over the holiday period to help with some bloating and now use it every day. It's great for a gentle gut clean. This is a very good price as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Apt311 from Excellent cod liver oil I have used this brand of cod liver oil for several years and found it very good, in particular, the ratio between EPA and DHA. This product differs from many fish oil supplements in that it has a higher %of DHA than EPA. I used to have the oil in lemon flavoured which was quite nice. This time I tried the unflavoured version and it had a strong fish taste at first but now I find it ok, probably I am used to it. I will continue to take the cod liver oil. The Love Your Gut powder tastes a bit chalky but not unpleasant. So far I haven't noticed any difference in terms of gut health. Maybe it takes time to notice any health benefit.

I can totally recommend this product for people feeling sluggish with low energy levels which was how I was feeling prior to starting gut.

Only been taking 1 full teaspoon/ morning for 2 weeks now- night leg cramps diminished - gastritis appears gone- am eating regular foods( no diet restrictions) regained full function in both big toes. Shall continue and hopefully more improvements to health will become evident.

But now, three weeks later, it has been really effective! One thing I did notice is that taking it at the doses recommended on the pack was quite heavy on my tummy. But I cut back and feel I have the right dose now and I really do feel this is doing me good. I will take rests from it from time to time and it should never be inhaled. All good otherwise! The price here is the best too.
