Wonderful stuff

Convenient but not effective.
I purchased this product because I wanted to try a non powder formulation for collagen. The tablets are very convenient as you don't need to make a smoothie to drink the collagen. I completed the whole bottle and didn't miss a day, but I do feel that other 100% hydrolysed collagen formulations are more effective when it came to the plumpness of my skin. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Hard to swallow
I found these really hard to swallow, even after breaking them up.
What a waste. I used to take another brand that was a capsule and decided to try this one. Wish I never did
